Huh?! What are you on about? 😂 When a character gets changed like cooldowns getting reduced/increased or damage reduces/increases, it’s quite literally called a nerf/buff. Every online competitive game goes through this. All because things change in the next season dosnt mean it ain’t no longer called a buff or nerf. The person talking here is correct.
