I don't know if this is the same guy, but a 'Christian Ivan Soto' had entered the US illegally and was deported, then crossed again and was not stopped. That same 'Christian Ivan Soto' had a Facebook page with a phot that was strikingly similar to the ones shown in this story (without the chin hair) and on that page were videos of him burning animals alive. But checking back today, that Facebook page has been erased. Is this the same guy - is he an illegal?
