Sawmill restoration - Starting in on the Carriage

Reviewing the sawmill restoration project. Looking at the components and what state they are in. Considering different options for the carriage. Input and advice are welcome.

so the wood needs to be redone, so you need a sawmill to fix the saw mill :)
