HUGE WATERMELON CAKE DIY

It's time for sweets! Today we're going to make a cool watermelon cake!
And as always we'll start from the batter! We need to add baking powder and salt to the flour and mix it well. At the same time, we are making another mixture with butter, vegetable oil, sugar and gelatin with the taste of watermelon, eggs and vanilla extract. Then we'll add our dry ingredients into this. We need to do it gradually to avoid any lumps. Let's add some buttermilk and then a few drops of food coloring to make it look just like watermelon! Guys, you're gonna need to add red, pink, and burgundy food coloring to get a perfect watermelon shade. There should be 4 cakes in total. Don't forget to add chocolate chips to imitate the seeds.
For the frosting we use egg whites (pasteurized), powdered sugar, salt, butter, and vanilla. We divided our frosting into two equal parts. One of them we'll put aside and the other one is going to be colored.
It's time to assemble our cake. We stack the cakes, with the frosting in between the layers. And to make the cake look like a real watermelon, we will decorate it! WOW! This cake is indistinguishable from a juicy watermelon. We want to taste it as soon as possible. Guys, be sure to bake this delicious cake at home with your parents. You will definitely like it!
