How can Making America great again ever be extremist. We have gone downhill for a few decades now. $1 million average house prices and $2500 per month rents for a one bedroom crappy apt are just part of the problem. Biden's war with Russia is another big decline in our well being.
Trump is the reason is that I, a lefty sometimes-third-party voter, now begrudgingly consider myself a Democrat. I will be voting to keep Trump and everybody who sounds like him out of office by supporting the only party that stands a chance of beating him.

When I think of Rick Wilson, I think about the title of his book: Everything Trump Touches Dies. And he's right. Since Trump took office, he's killed careers of lawyers & politicians, inflated our deficit, killed nearly 1M people unnecessarily w/his lies about Covid, our good standing on the world stage, treating people w/respect, truth, accountability, justice, I could go on but it's a list that's too long and depressing.
Trump's spirit animal is the dung beetle.
He lost the popular vote both times. And while it wasn't a big surprise when Democrats did well in 2018, Republicans did not wave in 2022 because voters didn't want election deniers in office. Even if Trump wins next year, the party's downhill slide will continue, just like the book says. Cold comfort as Trump wrecks the world.

FYI, the population of Wyoming is so small that it isn't even big enough to qualify for a seat in the House of Representatives by population size alone, and the fact that it does get one seat in the House is due to a Constitutional provision that each state gets at least one such seat, and at the same time still gets two seats in the Senate.
So yeah, keep on blathering on about the "fairest way", as it is quite obvious that some states are treated more fairly than others!
No, the fairest way would actually be to scrap the electoral college for presidential elections. One vote, one value.
Then you need preferential voting, to make independents and third parties viable but also make sure votes for them are not “wasted” votes (like they are now).

I liked what Mr. Wilson said at the end, i.e., that other GOP candidates should say now that they will not support or even vote for Trump if he is the nominee. But I am irate that it seems to be fine with him that so much dark money is still looking for someone, with the criterion being viability, not quality. What DeSantis has done with stunts around people seeking asylum, and to education and other things in FL, should disqualify him. But no, he was fine until his numbers cratered.
The GOP candidates should also promise not to pardon Trump.
