I met Joe at a Cake Boss shop years ago. Coolest, nicest guy ever. I was like 12 years old. I was shocked beyond belief. I really hope he joins back eventually.
Great interview. Joe seems like such a genuinely nice guy. The kind of guy you could just hang out and have a good time with. Loved him on Jokers, loved seeing him onstage live doing his comedy, and just generally enjoy everything he does. Thanks for the upload!
I understand people would want Joe back on Jokers; but also respect the guy and his decision. Joe and Sal have stated in interviews everyone seems to be in a good place and happy where they're at. I'm happy and grateful for 'm :)
Joe please come back, Impractical Jokers isn't the same without you! You made the show, you were the ultimate joker, the ultimate wildcard. I like the other jokers but there is a huge hole that has never been filled since you left. You're the best Joe!
Tried watching when he left and it's absolutely terrible now. I wish they'd get the bearded dude who was on comic book men. I know they're all friends.
Impractical jokers isnt the same after covid. Covid pretty much killed the show and it's hype, killed it right at its peak. That's why it was sold off to TBS. And plus the public just isn't the same after covid anymore. Gen Zers can't even talk normally without saying something like rizz or skibidi.
My favorite episode of Joe, when he did gymnastics and he told everybody to get off the mat so he can do his routine for Nationals. I never laughed so hard in my life. That bit was hilarious... 😂😂
Absolutely love Joe. I love Impractical Jokers but without Joe there’s something missing. Used to be my show before I’d go to bed in highschool. Peak good times. Stayed up till 10 just to watch a new episode. Then sadly it became reruns forever.
Him leaving to spend more time with his family, but then doing non stop touring reminds me of people that leave a band because the schedule is too much and they need to be with family, only to start a new band, 8 albums in 6 years, and 400 shows a year
Glad to hear he had a good show in chattanooga, that’s my hometown. Yo Joe: It’s a cool city, next time you’re in Chattanooga you should take your family to the aquarium and then to get some ice cream at clumpies and take a walk around Coolidge park ❤
Its not the same show without him. I think his wife made him quit the show because they were having issues. Really sucks because he was a blessing causing us all to laugh. It's a real shame we don't get that anymore!
So they’re not allowed to ask why he’s not on the show anymore? I’ve seen so many interviews, but I’ve never seen him explain it. If he’s so comfortable about post IJ, why doesn’t he just tell us what happened from his own words?
I think I've seen something that it had to do with his wife and home life he was spending to much time on the show and not enough at home they got a divorce because of it and then got remarried after he quit the show
@ yes I just want to hear from him directly. But to me, there’s something suspicious why he’s not returning to the jokers, because from the sound of the interview he’s constantly on the road. Doesn’t appear that he has more free time for his family now. anyway, if he doesn’t want it to be any of my business then OK. But as a fan of the show, who thinks Joe was a very important driving force, I’d like to know why it ended and why he cannot return to the show.
@@thinkpotato Maybe he’s just simply moved on to other things? But my personal theory is that I think one of the punishments he did ended up going too hard or being too personal and he had a falling out with the other guys over it...
Joe said last year he would be open to returning but is happy doing his own stuff. He has been able to tour, have time off. He takes his kids out with him. You gotta remember, filming a 20 plus episode series, writing the jokes/skits, promoting it, touring with IJ is alot more time consuming than him touring on his own schedule. Look at his tour dates and he always has huge chunks of time off. He is doing 45 min to 1 hr sets. He got divorced likely due to his IJ schedule. He remained close with his wife regardless of the divorce and they got back together. Remember also the other 3 do not have kids. Only Murr is married. I saw the IJ in September in MD. Final stop on their tour. Joe came out at the very end. He has done this in the past. They remain very close.
Show isn't the same without Joe. Some challenges too extreme and not funny now. And the first thing he mentioned about the pranks not being hurtful isn't true all the time anymore.
There is one episode punishment i hated when that mom chased joe down cuz he took her daughter under the guise of getting her a ball and kept the ball. Momma bear wasnt having it. I usually skip that and a few other bits but other than that i felt like the show was very respectful of ppl and usually made themselves the butt of the joke and not the mark
Its really dumb hes got that giant desk you cant even see him and who hes interviewing at the same time. The cuts back and forth are so annoying. I couldnt even look at my screen. I started to get sick. What the hell is this
I think it's really dumb that ppl complain about how others choose to format THEIR show. It makes me sick. Reading all the comments whining about dumb stuff.
Still never got an answer on why he left Impractical Jokers the only story I ever heard is that his wife was leaving and he wanted to spend time with the kids but they're back together now so again why did he leave the show if he's touring the entire country
you NEED to watch joey fatones punishment episode ... honestly i also thought the new ones would suck I would say 75% of it is pretty good the rest is ok
But why did he leave the show? Be clear what was the reason that he left? Was it money was it that Joe didn't get a long with someone or everyone? Stop avoiding the question and just answer it grow a pair and answer the question
I really like Joe but I just tried to watch his special and sorry it sucked. I forced myself to stay with it for 15 minutes then just had to turn it off. Good for him getting out there and doing it but my gawd it was bad.
I tried watching Impractical after Joe left.....it's not the same, just feels wrong. I've literally stopped watching and gave up. He was hands down the anchor for the show.
I like joe I think he’s funny and all that, but if you watch them throughout the years, you could tell he was a little touchy-feely. He had issues with his wife right they got divorced then back together. Would not put it past him that maybe he had a relationship with somebody that worked on the show and that’s a big no-no. End of story. 💯✌️
Gatto seems like a truly decent guy...watched his special...nope...just...no...not his thing! It was terrible and awkward ...bad delivery, did not transition between bits well...rushed punch lines...stick to sit-com stuff...he could do in a sit-com!

Joe was my favorite one! Enjoyed watching the show back in 2011. I'll have to check out his comedy show. It's cool to learn more about him.
Check out sal too. I love sal but he was my least fave joker but one my fav Podcasters and comedian
@josephdurham4950 I watched his comedy show, Terrified, last night and it was so funny! I was pleasantly surprised.
This was an AWESOME interview❣️ I ❤️ Joe!!!
These guys been working to make it since 1999 , crazy
I miss him so much, I feel like he’s the funniest one tbh
Joe please come back, Impractical Jokers isn't the same without you! You made the show, you were the ultimate joker, the ultimate wildcard. I like the other jokers but there is a huge hole that has never been filled since you left. You're the best Joe!
Ya tbh I don’t watch anymore. But joes stand up is dope. I will see him in Vegas May 2025 LFG
Tried watching when he left and it's absolutely terrible now. I wish they'd get the bearded dude who was on comic book men. I know they're all friends.
i don't think it's that bad, the latest season is pretty funny
@@DukeJimbobthere’s unenjoyable moments but objectively lots of good stuff in there too.

I love seeing Joe Gatto on the Bobby Bones Show! Im so speechless! He needs to return back to impractical jokers! ❤❤❤❤❤ Love you Joe Gatto!
And ruin his marriage again? Fans are so heartless 🤦♂️
The Impractical Jokers concept was genius.
SKOOPSY POTATOES!!!!
LARRRRRRRY
We went to see his stand-up in Denver. He was awesome. We got to meet him and Shay backstage
Damn, I almost went to that. I should’ve gone. I bet it was a fantastic time.
Absolutely love Joe. I love Impractical Jokers but without Joe there’s something missing. Used to be my show before I’d go to bed in highschool. Peak good times. Stayed up till 10 just to watch a new episode. Then sadly it became reruns forever.
Joe is one of the funniest people on TV!
Him leaving to spend more time with his family, but then doing non stop touring reminds me of people that leave a band because the schedule is too much and they need to be with family, only to start a new band, 8 albums in 6 years, and 400 shows a year
He left the show for family and to work things out with his wife, but he also left because his real passion is stand-up comedy.
@all_things_beautiful6905 Of course, he doesn't answer it this way but I guess maybe you know him personally.
Best of luck with whatever you do Joe. You are missed on the show 🙏
Joe is the show and the best one on the joker show love him he is so funny
Joe was the best one!
12:11 lol
20:27 thats awesome
Glad to hear he had a good show in chattanooga, that’s my hometown. Yo Joe: It’s a cool city, next time you’re in Chattanooga you should take your family to the aquarium and then to get some ice cream at clumpies and take a walk around Coolidge park ❤
Joe should have his own sitcom about his family
Best character on IJ.
Love Joe, great interview. Hate the studio though.
The wall behind Joe was messing with my vision so much! I covered most of the screen with my hand
Good morning to you all he's been getting around Good to see you all this morning have a great day everyone ❤uall
Its not the same show without him. I think his wife made him quit the show because they were having issues. Really sucks because he was a blessing causing us all to laugh. It's a real shame we don't get that anymore!
Let's hear for the boys!
LARRY LARRY HEY LARRY LARRRRRY
The show is still good honestly
my goat
Doctor robot and the Planck constant,, hilarious!!
No Joe no watching Impractical Jokers, couldn't get thru one episode without him , he was the funniest on the show
It is way worse now :(
Exactly .. it's hard to watch
I would spend $ to see Joe because he's so friggin' nice. What an interesting and peaceful guy.
So they’re not allowed to ask why he’s not on the show anymore? I’ve seen so many interviews, but I’ve never seen him explain it. If he’s so comfortable about post IJ, why doesn’t he just tell us what happened from his own words?

I doubt this is it but the rule was if you refuse to do a punishment you're off the show.

Bill Burr, Fluffy, and Gatto are all my favorite comedians. Also I watch Impractical Jokers everyday ⭐️❤️
Joe made that show.
"I'm really bad at small talk" -2024 podcast host
Clickbait. He doesnt say why he left.
Out of all the questions you could’ve asked, no one asked:
“Will you ever go back to impractical jokers?”
Because he probably wont
The fact he has no microphone stand is a shame.... Unless thats the way he wanted it
Whats the time stamp for him talking about leaving?
Near the end but he pretty much dodges the question
I couldn't find it, "near the end" doesn't really help 😂
Give a few years people forget but his wife remembers and the women remember him A Lot
13:30 @Appleton, WI!
what does this even mean
Dude get a mic stand for the guest. Why did you make him hold the mic the whole interview?
South beach tow is a comedy show actually mad funny
So he still hasn’t really said why he left the show lol I thought maybe Bones would get it out of him but nah not still nothing lol.
Joe gave me plenty of laughs throughout the years, thank you Joe. I really hope the rumors are false.
This proves anyone can have a show
Larrrrrrrrrryyyyyyy!!!!!!
Great interview, but I think the one question over one has was not asked
What?
@neilmccomsey9550 Great interview, but I think the one question over one has not asked
I met Joe he was very nice, shorter then I thought, but very nice
LARRY!!!!
All I need to know about this guy is what he & his wife have done for older shelter dogs.
It doesn't get any better than that as a person.
Holy shit bobby bones from the radio??? Why i think you look way younger then i thought
Show isn't the same without Joe. Some challenges too extreme and not funny now. And the first thing he mentioned about the pranks not being hurtful isn't true all the time anymore.
Orrrrrr............you are being a sensitive sally.
Nice!!
Come back Joe. You're the greatest foursome -- picture of you is necessary.
So despite the headline for this video, we don't learn why he left the show. Got it.
He should've asked which 2 wanted MTV and which 2 wanted Tru tv.
Joe was tied with Sal as my favorite Joker. It sucked that he had to bail.
the only reason i watched south beach tow was because of impractical jokers.
Joe was/is my favorite part of IJ. It really went downhill when he left.
^ when money is no object and you want to play podcast
Its really dumb hes got that giant desk you cant even see him and who hes interviewing at the same time. The cuts back and forth are so annoying. I couldnt even look at my screen. I started to get sick. What the hell is this

If he's actually dealing with a legal issue from a prank, he might have been pushed off
No residuals?
Ouch!
Still never got an answer on why he left Impractical Jokers the only story I ever heard is that his wife was leaving and he wanted to spend time with the kids but they're back together now so again why did he leave the show if he's touring the entire country
The show is probably why his wife was leaving. He chose his wife and family over the show
The impractical jokers shouldve just quit at season 10. Together
clickbait bull. dont watch
I had no desire to watch Jokers after Joe got fired
you NEED to watch joey fatones punishment episode ... honestly i also thought the new ones would suck I would say 75% of it is pretty good the rest is ok
@marcusobeada9468 nah. Zero interest. Thanks for the suggestion though
Imagine saying that when Murr exists
Joe didn't get fired
Joe had to leave because he never lost, he had to fake his losses
Left because harassing women
Really?
Is back with Beth or is it a new flame?
But why did he leave the show?
Be clear what was the reason that he left?
Was it money was it that Joe didn't get a long with someone or everyone?

Impractical Jokers is a no without Joe
The show was good at first. Not much after a couple seasons
K, so, cool. Why did he leave?
Im so sick of clickbait.

This guy’s a bad host 👎🏼
Joe lost an episode, refused to get a tattoo so he got kicked off
The rubbing of his arm over and over. Body language....being untruthful
It’s a self-soothing gesture. Means he’s maybe uncomfortable or nervous or feeling vulnerable. Doesn’t mean he’s lying.
Joe was great but it’s still good without him. He needs to abandon the stand up. He’s not good at it.
What is this 💩
He was fired?
So with all the money spent on the set, ran out of money right when you got to guest's microphone stand? 😂
He was great on impractical jokers but not good alone
Gatto seems like a truly decent guy...watched his special...nope...just...no...not his thing! It was terrible and awkward ...bad delivery, did not transition between bits well...rushed punch lines...stick to sit-com stuff...he could do in a sit-com!

After he left it went to shit
The show isn’t the same without him and lost a lot of followers… show never had the same vibe after Joe left, big shoes to fill.
