~Meditate. Meditating can also clear your mind so it is easier to relax.
~Decide that the day is over. Doing this gets your mind and body ready for tomorrow.
~And please stop scrolling through the comments, it’s only going to distract you and make it harder to get to sleep.

I think the best thing that has happened to me all week is that BOTH Frivvi and Latte put out a barber shop video!! Frivvi and Latte are my two top ASMRtists I love and listen too, and they're really the only ones who can get me to sleep. I was so excited to see they both put out the same type of asmr role play. Frivvi did an amazing job as I know she doesn't role play that often but I enjoy when she does. It was so tingly and made me so sleepy.
