PTL I bought Cheese for the end of my Yom Kippur Sabbath Fast ie Breakfast. Fasting gets easier in the Fall thru Winter so it is a great time to begin FASTING. The second day is harder for Believers just starting to FAST for the Lord! Sunset comes earlier in the late fall, winter and early Spring so it is a good time to begin Fasting. Shabbat Shalom.

For those whose family members do not fast, they prepared meals ahead of time. Thank you for asking.

You cover your head when you pray? Paul said not to because it dishonors our head, Yeshua.

Jesus never asked us to keep the feast. We are under a new covenant now not like the old.
    Jeremiah 31;31-34

+Anna Forhisglory ..I'm tired of hearing this, it seems like just another excuse for Christians to be ignorant of the Jewish roots of Yeshua and yet we would happily stuff our faces and celebrate the Pagan festivals of Easter and Christmas. Jesus FASTED, don't forget that. God Bless.

+Peace Dweller --Good insight. It would be instructive for Christians to celebrate these festivals, especially in light of Messiah Jesus and the biblical foundation and their prophetic messages. Came across information some time ago that Jesus/Yeshua was born at the feast of the Tabernacles (Shavuot) in light of what was prophesied about his birth and historically, the Romans held their censuses in the fall. Do you have any information on this? God bless you!

      See also Hebr.8:10 7 & 10:16 & Rom.10:12 . True Christians do not live in the past, which ended on Golgotha, Math.27:51 / Dan.9:27

John Lawson:: What is the Torah ? If you love me, keep my commandments. Those are the Ten Comm. written on stone, given to Moses. Some Christians do, they are the SDA.
