What an Emotional, Intense and Epic Episode...
They used "Splinter Wolf" and "AOTF-s1" in the first half of the episode during the fights.
During the "Paths" scene they used the 2nd half of 0sk which I made my own extended arrangement.

Can we all just take a minute to appreciate how the voice actors knocked it out of the park in this scene, both in Eren's betrayal and when Zeke (and this is the beast Titan remember) breaks down crying, before trying his hardest to ensure Eren learns from the errors of his ways but as we all know it's too late.
I liked how the flow of time doesn't exist in the paths. And the soundtrack gives some good vibes. You kinda know the music and how it will sound yet it's different so you still don't know what to expect. Just like Eren's plan. He thought he won and everything went according to what he wanted just to find that Zeke didn't trust him and now even he doesn't know how things will turn out.

I’m sure we will. They’ve used it in two major paths scenes. Yesterday and Eren seeing his father plead Frieda Reiss to fight against the titans in s3 finale (GREAT voice acting by Hiroshi Tsuchida who plays Grisha) you can really hear the agonising pain he was in during that scene. As well as his other features during the Zeke backstory (those screams at young zeke!).
I hope we'll hear "Nightmare" by Kohta Yamamoto, after all that scene is very dramatic when: *[SPOILERS]* ⬇

I still to this day cannot describe the feeling I experience when I saw this scene. It was something out of this world. It is unbelievable that a piece of Media can be this good, that it evokes feelings in you that you can't normally feel. Magnificent.

I think back to when I watched the first episodes of AOT, I was so naive as to what everything in the anime meant, I was just a kid and thought "wow, titans vs humans" and now I'm an adult and can still enjoy that same concept but from a different perspective. It's like this anime grew up with me unlike most other animes I watched as a kid that just don't suit my taste anymore. Not in my wildest dreams would I have thought that this is what everything would come down to.
What a masterpiece of an episode! I LOVED the use of Splinter Wolf, not to mention the other tracks too.

SnK is not about good or evil it's about the nature of human race. It's easy to preach morals when there's nothing on the line. Most people wish good upon their neighbours until there's enough good for everybody. The moment it becomes "us or them" things change very drastically. You may think you give a fuck about random people, but that's because there's no real factor forcing you to make the choice. In reality people care only about their friends and loved ones. As if you were facing imminent death for you and everyone you know and you had the power to stop it, you wouldn't.
