LOVE your channel! I just found you…you are the best teacher!! Your voice is not only calm and pleasant but well modulated, the speed of crocheting is perfect and there is no distracting music! Just subbed for all notifications…Thank you!
I've just watched all 3 tutorials. I mainly crochet for charities and gifts for family and friends. These are at the top of my "To Do List". Thanks for a great idea.

Hi Amanda! I am so glad that I bumped into your video! Thank you so much for introducing me to this easy pretty stitch. There’s a lot of things that I am going to make using this stitch! It just works up so easily and nice. Can’t wait to get started😊!
Hi Amanda, you must be a mind reader! I have been looking for a nice dish towel and cloth pattern. I love your idea of making a nice set including a hot pad. This will make a nice house warming gift for my nephew and his wife. I can’t wait to get started. Your videos are just wonderful! Thank you, Liz B
This is a lovely dish towel, but I've never seen the Moss Stitch done like this before. Typically I've seen it done by chaining one and skipping a stitch.
I’m able to look at the stitches and count that way, but another helpful tip is to keep a small notepad and pen next to you and mark it down. You can also get a row counter to help too. 😊
Hello again, my second comment lol, not sure if you will read this or if someone can help me. Do I finish this with a SC, and it will match the foundation chain on the other end? I am only on like row 5 so I really can't tell if that is how it should look and if it will match, thanks!
I like your tutorial because you don't rush when you are explaining the pattern and stitches. I like this pattern. 😊
Thank you! 😊

Thank you Amanda! This is my next project. My husband loves these and our goal is to replace our dish towels and dish cloths.
That’s wonderful!
Beautiful! Gorgeous stitch! Thank you, Amanda 🙏
Thank you!
Thanks for a very easy to do tutorial!! I think I’l try to make the set of dishcloth and hotplate holder to go with the towel!
That sounds like a great idea!

Thank you! I’ve seen the moss stitch done in a few different ways. This is just my version I guess 😊
@@AmandaCrochetsthis is my favorite version. It makes a very absorbent practical towel

How do you keep up with counting rows? Do you use stitch markers?
I’m able to look at the stitches and count that way, but another helpful tip is to keep a small notepad and pen next to you and mark it down. You can also get a row counter to help too. 😊

Hello! You will start and end each row with a slip stitch, so sl st, hdc, sl st, hdc, sl st. Hope that helps!
How can I add a hanging loop
To add a hanging loop, I would chain 10 and slip stitch to the beginning.

Thanks!
