That pho looked really good! I won't eat tripe, but I have found a good restaurant in Macon, GA, that serves pho and my daughter and I have already been there several times!
You're right! Bucees is amazing! We just got one before Christmas and I've gotten the barbecue sandwich every time I've gone! It's immaculate and the employees are really nice.
