I'm still touched by the great response that I got from the last cover "That's the way it is" ( • "That's The Way It Is"... ) and after a couple of requests I felt like I just had to do this song as well. It's originally made by D'Angelo and you'll hear it with some great scenery in the game Red Dead Redemption 2. I absolutely love it.

I finished RDR2 a week ago for the first time. When Arthur said “Thank you” to his horse at the end, that’s when I and my gf started crying like a little babies, then with Micah appearance we were really angry, and the ending (the best one) made us cry again. Honestly, this game is one of the best things I’ve ever played/watched/heard, truly masterpiece.

Same here my dude, many a times have I remembered how amazing this story was and the Characters. Spent many good hours on this game, well worth the money for the Story alone!
Same for me, I'm still finding myself affected. The voice actors on that game did such a remarkable job making characters that you really cared about, and the villains were fantastic too.
It took me a month to even start getting over his death I haven't played the game now in 3 months I simply can't do it without thinking of him and breaking down.

I finish rdr2 yesterday and am on the epilog now but hearing aurthur say thank you to his hoars made me cry almost, and the words "i think I've pushed all i can" are sad too, i will never forget this game, it is one of the best storie games out there.

I took all possible spoilers about the ending of RDR2 and, even so, I cried like a baby from the moment the horse dies until Arthur's last breath. What a great journey this game gave me.

It was really good none dialogue story telling, as I rode in cinematic mode through the early morning fog.

i will never forget arthur's sacrifice to john. it is going the written in history as the most remembered death in all video games
I know it sucks that Arthur died. Honestly it was a tough ending. I've never been emotionally attached to a video game character and I've been playing video games for 30 years. But Arthur, Arthur got me right in the feels. I know it sounds weird but I'm glad he died. It would have cheapened his redemptive journey if there would have been some last minute miracle cure. Instead he sealed his path towards the light with his life. That's how any man should want to go out. Doing one last noble act, one last good thing before you pass through the veil and into the spirit realm. Great game, despite it's flaws, this was a masterpiece.

Simon Austin both characters were gods, both died for what they loved, and had redemption in the end.
Exactly how I felt. Remembered seeing John in the trailer and figured you'd get to do the post-game stuff as him. I couldn't wait to get to that point when I started, then like halfway through, I realized I never wanted to get there. I think I spent more time in chapter 6 than I did in the first 5 combined.
