THANK YOU for acknowledging that we don't all have the fanciest electronics. I'm rocking a 1436 jon boat with a Garmin Striker 4. Hitting deep structure on big water just isn't an option for me. Great video, as always.
Hey Tyler, just wanted to say that I have been following your channel since I saw the zoom ole monster video and was so happy to see an ohioan fishing the same types of fisheries and giving out tips for places very similar to where I fish. I am so happy for you and your content growth here lately. Hard to believe just barely over a year ago you hit 10,000 and long before this year ends you'll be getting that 100,000k play button. Beyond happy for you dude, here's my early congrats!
Hey dude! I really appreciate the kind words and I really appreciate the support. It means a lot. The channel growth has been a blessing. Thanks so much for the nice comment
@@BassFishingHQ Absolutely man, you definitely deserve it! And if you have any tips and ideas for a guy from southeastern ohio with a much smaller youtube channel on growth I'd love to pick your brain sometime!
My local lake hit 95 degree in the summer with the thermalcline at 16 feet. I wish someone would talk about this odd lake. The docks are over fished and most fish just school in open water. It shaped like a plate to structure just grass.
From the thumbnail I see your back in Florida. Last week couple feels like 108° days and saw water temps in the 90s. Mostly no bueno but caught a couple that didn't know where to hide. Tightlines!
Subscribed, all around fantastic video. Clear, concise, and combined with great visuals. I never knew the name milfoil, always called it moss. I dont have electronics, but I'm gonna watch your video just in case I get some eventually, and a boat.
Burning up in West TN. I am on a clear bass lake, and have not caught one. We have caught red ears (the one fish with 100 names in the South: sunfish, red ear slider, shell cracker,...keep going 👀😂), all the same fish. 😜😂😂😂😂
I'm in middle Tennessee, hot as balls the last few weeks, also fishing a super clear lake , normally struggle this time of the year but strangely I have been catching some solid fish in 10-25 feet on ledges with swing heads and texas rigs middle of the day in the blazing sun ,
Ya same. I’ve been catching 1 at least once a week and it ends up being a 2 or less pounder. I mainly use frogs and I can get blowups but they just hardly commit to biting. The bites have just been very slow although there’s plenty of fish jumping out of the watwr
Hey Tyler just wanted to share with you I caught my personal best three times over within this last year I think a lot of it has to do with following a lot of your tips and tricks just wanted to say thank you for making me a more confident Angler. Today was a 8lbs 6oz
@@BassFishingHQ you’re the man Tyler. Not to mention I caught her on my ark pro series rod on sale you told me about lol oh and my bass hat! I’m out here reppin bass fishing hq. I always use the links for purchasing. Can’t be more pumped to have found your channel. Epic day on the water.
@@Oldbasshole thanks. Had a setback, but hope to get out there soon. How has it been for you? Nailing it I hope. And what catching them on? I loaned out my big tackle box overloaded and just opened it what a mess lol. Don't give up right. I'd like to be doing some night fishing with leech or rat right now. Soon bro. Let me know what been catching on🎣 tyvm
@@ronaldyeater3322 past 2 weeks the bite has really heated up . KVD Sexy Dawg walking bait has been really good , wacky rig and Chatterbait have been catching them consistently. Sorry to hear about the setback bud ! Hope you get back out there soon
@@Oldbasshole great. Yes I'd be hitting topwater in shallows under cover. Walking bait too. Which I just ordered because 3 I had are gone lol. That's what friends are for🤣. Having therapy in 12 min or so. Want to be on shore fishing next week?🤞🎣. Good luck bro.
@@ronaldyeater3322 everything I’ve been catching has been over deep water . Not much in the shallows. Frog bite really died off for me. It’s been a weird season
I’ll be studying the maps again to look for points that are perpendicular to the wind. Maybe I’ll be someplace where the other hints apply in the future.
Like watching your channel but haven't been able to locate any smokin' deals on Sportsman's Whse that your talk about. Prices seems the same as other vendors.
Click bait. Thought you were fishing on the sun. 😆 it certainly feels like we live in the sun here in Tennessee this summer. For real though, this is a great quick video on summer fishing. That tip about the lazy river is the best way to explain it I’ve heard.
@@derrickgatz699 Totally get that, but many of the retention ponds have zero bank cover (trees etc), lack of weeds whether submerged or emergent, and bottom structure is lacking. I will absolutely fish the most productive areas when I can find them.
Angler*** dangit
It's all good. We're no grammar experts here!
Anlger seems like it should be a word…
NGL… that thumbnail is 🔥🔥🔥😎
Thanks dude. Means a lot! I tried to do something a little different
It was super accurate too
Lmao the solar flare. The sun really does hurt right now here in Texas. I can handle 90 but this 100+ crap stinks.
This thumbnail had me dying this exactly how it is out there too!
Of course 1 Rod is watching this🤣
I love how all your advice is universally applicable to most all bodies of water. Wish I could fish with you for an unprecedented learning experience!
One of your better pieces of work, Ty. Very well formatted and presented. Learned a lot. Thanks!
this is by far the best summer fishing tips video I have EVER seen I love yalls videos but this one takes the cake thank you so much!

Just got back into bass fishing recently. Love the videos bro!!!
Same here
In the heart of the Midwest, summer heat is a given. I have had great luck skipping a stupid tube under docks.
Great info video!!!!!
This is my favorite fishing channel!!! So many gems being dropped!!!!
Thank you for these instructional videos to help us become better anglers.
That was an excellent video! I love the editing as well as the presentation and the way it was presented

Very good video and some good information thank you
with all that said , the fish really feed at night during the heat of the summer so it's a great time to run a buzzbait around midnight , great video

When you showed that bridge in the pinch point part it looked exactly like lake Monroe here in Indiana.

Do you have a video on how to tell a Male Bass and Female Bass?

All great points, but they don’t correlate to most of the ponds/lakes I fish here in Florida.
I live in Florida too and two things correlate: find the shade....work the grass. Florida has both of those.
