    The Act is a shame to say the least - The Minister of Public Works understand this correctly.
    If Macpherson understand it that way then we MUST know this is a fallacy !

      There is NO misinformation here don't create something which is NOT THERE - This Act does not change anything that occurred pre-1994 it's a fallacy to say the least.
      This is "Willing buyer ! Willing seller" in a different form - Don't mislead us - we can see this !

    Where is the Minister - this man (Sihle Zikalala) is the Deputy Minister -
    The signed bill (now an Act) should be championed by the Minister from DA who intends taking the matter to court -
    GNU at work !
