    Tips: - speak up, give your opinions and the reasons why clearly. - don't be bossy, explicitly try to include others and collaborate with others. - be organized, try to influence others by suggesting a structure or keeping to time. - make sure to keep in mind the company's values and goal

    Audio is not in a perfect condition, but her advice is totally worth to concentrate guys. Of course some can say its so mainstream, but she delivers in a realistic and practical tone. Thanks again.

    Brilliant tips, thanks a mil for the video and advice. The audio isn't an issue if you increase the volume, the quality of information here is a goldmine so don't give up so easily.
