Thanks, always look forward to your vids, another interesting game, with good replay-ability depending on how effectively the artillery can get into action. Nice to see Grant on the table.
Appreciated. I really lucked out with the arty, If i could have got more than one gun into action it could have made it very uncomfortable for the french/Bavarians
This time we just did 4+ and they flee but I normally just put 1vs1 figures and -1 for the artillyman. Unsupported guns dont last long against infantry
@@scotty7906 Bloody hell, my finger slipped while on the Warlord website 🙂 Ah well, with that extra box of cavalry I have enough to play the Blasthofen bridge from Charge!
A fantastic video! I love the very hard work you did on painting the two armies. Very impressive collection. Thank you for sharing this story. Cheers!
Lovely seeing Charles Grant's rules in action. Bravo!
glad you liked it. Always enjoy Charles Grants classic rules

Its inspiring to see this type of game with small armies.
Many thanks glad you liked it

Very nice battle report figures look great, all the best Garry
thanks glad you liked it
Spectacular and great looking game, such splendid armies!! 😍😍
Thanks. I am glad you like them
Excellent stuff mate. How do you handle attacks on artillery? There seems to be nothing in the rules that deals with it.

I'm fighting temptation to not use the Sueen's jubilee discount at Warlord Games to order the Marlburian starter set. You, Sir, are not helping :-)
The starter sets are a great way to get armies cheaper. Cavalry aren't great but bulk infantry work well with ebor command figures.

Just noticed that you don't use any of the 'drummer' figures- what's the reasoning behind that?
Only that I dont like painting drummers lol
@@scotty7906 It's as good a reason as any!
I wish you speed up your speaking or get some more energy in the way you speak in these wargame videos. Good job nonetheless.
noted.
Speed up the video, top right of the Ewetube screen 😜
