greetings from Bosnia 🇧🇦
Bosnians and Albanians have almost the same history but that did not make us weak
We are 💪
❤
Alhumdullilah
I just came back from Bosnia. Wonderful country MashaAllah
Powerful episode. As a 20 year old Albanian who found Islam we have very similar stories. I love you for the sake of Allah Bek and may He continue to guide you.
❤❤❤🇦🇱🇦🇱🇦🇱
Mashallah tabarak
Also Albanian. Same position. Keep being steadfast. May Allah continue to guide you and me
2 of the best people I have met are Albanian brothers. Alhumdullilah
I’m so glad you addressed the star and crescent symbol. That symbol annoys me the most because Islam has no symbols, and Muslims really need to get rid of it.
Thank you! Islam is a symbol less religion. Haven't listened to the whole thing yet but I know the star and crescent was first used by the lesser Seljuks I believe.
Assalamualaikum, I am from Malaysia. Our country has a crescent moon and star symbol. What I understand and most of us understand in Malaysia is that the symbol does not represent Islam and it is a symbol under the influence of the Ottoman Turkish government during the Malacca kingdom (This has been taught to us since school). And most countries have that symbol. For example Singapore also has the same symbol but are they Islamic themed countries? Indonesia, a country with many Muslim citizens, do they have that symbol on their flag? This is because they are not under Ottoman influence. It is true that Islam does not have any emblems, logos, or symbols because Islam is located in the heart and morals of a Muslim. That is what was applied and taught by Rasulullah S.A.W (Peace upon him) to all of us to be known as the morals of Muslims in the eyes of non-Muslims. Allahu a'lam.
Subhanallah i was watching this brothers video a few days ago and didnt know that he became muslim. Allah u Akbar
He’s Albanian they’re majority Muslim
Wallahi this story is so relatable, especially for us Muslims who grew up here in the west. Many of us actually go through a journey to find Islam, especially when your family isnt practicing. Praise be to Allah for guiding us
Alhamdillah
What is the meaning of Wallahi?
@@faizansiddiqui3333for God sake (?)
Alhamdulillah you manage to stay on the right path brother
@@zevter1😂 When I first read your comment I thought you said “for gods sake” in the context of being frustrated at his question 💀 Then I read it again and realized you were defining WALLAHI for him. But it actually means. ( “I Swear By ALLAH”)
Islam is very peaceful religion
it truly is
No Doubt. Every Muslim I have met has been Kind and Humble. Completely opposite to how the media tries to portray
Go and live in a Islamic country with Sharia law,... and you will see.
And: the morality of Mohammed was not so far away of the Morality of P. Diddy. Mohammed had sex with a child, with a slave (that's allowed in Islam), married a woman whose Familiy he killed before, claimed that God allowed him to have more wives than "just" 4, had sex with all his wifes in just one knight, he took the property of his defeated enemies for himself, was a warlord, commanded massacres, etc. He was a disgusting man, but Muslims worship him as the best human ever lived.
As a born Muslim, I can so relate to this man. Just because I was born into it, doesn't mean I would automatically know the religion.
I remember when I first entered a masjid to pray. The arrow said, 'Muslim to the left, Muslimah to the right'. Problem is, I didn't know what is a 'Muslimah'.
I thought well, I've only heard of the word 'Muslim' and that must be me. Thus, I took a left turn!
Let's just say the rest was embarrassing.
May Allah grant u fardaws inshaa’Allah and me all Muslims amen
May Allah bless u both amen
Love from Egypt 🇪🇬
He’s so well spoken, love and respect to you brother all the way from the Middle East ❤
He's smart man. He learnt about his religion and Al Quran. Hope all born muslims and converts will learn about Islam as he does.
The beauty and amount of hospitality tells me everything about the heart of a culture ❤ and its people
I'm half Bosnian, half Albanian by my father, from a town called Prizren, I'm proud of my origin and our religion
What a phenomenal storyteller... May Allah bless you guys for this wonderful episode!
❤❤
This moved me, nobody can tell a story like Bek Lover
30:55 - I think the Sahabi mentioned was Abdurrahman ibn Awf (RA). When he migrated to Medina, his Ansari brother Sa'ad offered him half of everything he owned, but Abdurrahman chose to go to the marketplace instead, eventually becoming the wealthiest Sahabi.
Alhamdulillah he reverted to Islam
I knew it was coming after seeing him being honest and truthful!
Alhamdulillah.
I was a Muslim long ago brother
Did you listen to his story? He’s been Muslim since he was like a little boy.

Ma sha Allah, I love this brother's passion, something we lack when it comes to our faith nowadays. Thank you, it has allowed to look inward and reevaluate my relationship with my deen.
Mashaallah, what a brilliant storyteller he is with fascinating lived experiences to share and inspire. May Allah bless us all with faith, devotion and courage to articulate the truth about Islam under any and all circumstances 🤲

Mashallah may Allah keep this brother on the straight path and enter his family to Jannah.
I think it's Muslims in general when I visited Iran & Pakistan, I was amazed at how hospitable everyone was.
I’m a revert from the 1970s and mashallah this brother has so many insights that I can relate to. God bless him and his efforts!
Ma’sha’Allah, would love to hear your story, are you in NY state by chance?
ALLAHUMMA Barik brother
I remember the bosnias genocide, here in the UK there were VHS tapes being circulated that were showing the genocide being committed but the MSM dare not show it. Your family are all sat close to Allah in the heavens bro, they gave the ultimate sacrifice and Allah will always be pleased with them. Ameen
In Islam we believe that guests are friends of Allah SWT
so whenever they visit we make sure to treat them with alot of respect, feed them well with delicious food and drinks and make sure they enjoy their time.😇
Mashaallah
Beautiful discussion 💙
The part about untrustworthiness in business is very correct. The first Surah revealed in Medina is al-Mutaffifin which talks about those who commit financial fraud and do not measure correctly. So before building the "Islamic State", let's first try and make business correctly with each-other.
Hamza Yusuf also has an eye opening lecture called the new order: the dajjal system. It really woke me up. Recommend it.
Wow brother really respect from my heart I want to feel your heart you have brother

Alhamdulillah. Don't even know who he is at 1st😅. But a good podcast. Greetings n assalamualaikum from Malaysia. Love my Albanian brother.
Greetings from Albania!
Just like the culture of Southeast Asia in the past, engagements are sometimes arranged as early as the age of 6 by their families to maintain their status among themselves in society because at that time children did not have public schools and universities.
In Africa we still have that culture of enjoying receiving poeple in our houses especially in Muslims households
Masya Allah Tabarakallah❤
The moon and the star is from the Ottoman Empire time. During war, the moon and the star appeared over spilt blood of warriors so it was taken as a symbol for the empire. This is what I was taught.
it’s Allah whoever he wants to give u hadayah
This guy really understands the truth, though people may call him conspiracy theorist... he has really researched the dark side and understands it through the lens of Islam.

with all the respect to all Albanian Muslims listening to Bek Lover.
and with all respect to Him (Bek Lover).
A very Nice podcast, I have nothing Against the faith and your opinion.
And Im Albanian just like you but to be honest and real Islam Reached our Nation or Our entire ethnicity as Albanians Mostly by Sword.
If you want fact there are more than thousands in. a lot of books written by our historians and by Ottoman historians as well.
And the fact that there are Greek Orthodox, Serbs, Bulgarians and others there are a lot of reasons.
but I'm going to share just one fact here in this comment.
Albanians during the time of Skanderbeg braked the peace treaty with the Ottoman.
and they resisted for more than 30 years.
and in the other place we have all the other nations of the Balkans renewing peace and alliances with the Ottoman Empire.
for example one of the Serbian kings gave he's Daughter's Hands for marriage to the palace of Sultan During the Time.
And in the other hand we Albanians we were Fighting hard and we were resisting against the Ottomans.
And after the peace treaty was Braked The Sultan of the Ottoman Empire Called a Jihad against Albanian.
and After occupation of all the territories populated by Albanians even After the war Ottoman Empire brought the biggest tax to be payed by Christian Albanians. The tax was 100 times more for Arnauts/Albanians than for other Nations that were taxed to remain christians under Ottoman Empire.
Also the Albanian language was the only language prohibited in the Ottoman Empire...
So we had no rights for Schools in our language.
we Had no Church under Ottoman empire so if Albanians were Orthodox they had to follow the prayers in greek or in Serbian because they Had no Orthodox church this way they lost their identity and git Assimilated.
under the Catholic church they were persecuted except two Counties Mirdite And Zadrime.
And with Serbian agreements and the Help of Ottoman empire And Modern Turkey we Almost Got wiped out From our Land's with an excuse that we Are Muslims/Turks and we don't belong in Europe we Belong in Anatolia or other part's of Today's Turkey.
in other words we were the ones that were 99% forced to become Muslims.
I'm not telling you to stop Believing or anything bad About Islam But the way Islam was spread among us was in this way.(or by Sword)
Anyways Great interview!
I'm sure You cannot know all the Historical Facts.
with All the respect Your Albanian Brother .
The faith is in your heart brother, no matter what someone forces on you they are not gonna know your heart, and i'm assuming you're not a muslim and Albania today is 56% muslim and still speaking its language, you are telling us someone wouldn' t forgot his language for 500 years, we have the kids of the first generation that migrated during the last war and they already lost the language its not been even 30 years yet, do you what someone can do to you if they had you 500 years, come on man, the Albanian real history is on the archives of Vatican and they won't let us have them.
@@uchihasasuke96 this are the Facts.
it doesn't matter if you like it or no. and to mention we are not the kids of the emigration Generation....
This is the reality And I come from Kosova which is 90% muslim.
And don't guess my Faith the reality is that under the feet of Ottoman empire we were suffering a lot and it's not because of Islam it's because of Ottoman Empire...
Im sure what you are saying is true, people are corruptible when it comes to power and sometimes people do wrong in the name of religion, we see that a lot even in todays age. However, brother, know that even disbelief or secularism is a faith also, know that is being forced upon you also, i see this even in our community. People dont want to hear anything about Islam, but many are gladly celebrating new years and holloween etc.
I’m Albanian and Muslim and will continue to be Muslim no matter how much the Pagans dislike it 👍
@@dbdbdb862you are BLIND IN YOUR EYES AND IN YOUR HEART💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯
ASALAAM ALAIKUM, THE MUSLIMS ADOPTED THE HALF MOON FROM BYZANTIUM/CONSTANTINOPLE - developed in the Greek colony of Byzantium ca. 300 BC The adoption of star and crescent as the Ottoman state symbol started during the reign of Mustafa III (1757-1774) and its use became well-established during the periods of Abdul Hamid I (1774-1789) and Selim III (1789-1807).[52] A decree (buyruldu) from 1793 states that the ships in the Ottoman navy fly that flag, and various other documents from earlier and later years mention its use.[52] The ultimate source of the emblem is unclear. It is mostly derived from the star-and-crescent symbol used by the city of Constantinople in antiquity, possibly by association with the crescent design (without the star) used in Turkish flags since before 1453......LA ILAHA ILALLAH
