I'm liking what Neo have been doing lately. They seem to be making some great entry level boards. Looking forward to when my Neo65 finally shows up
Really looking forward to seeing the Neo Alice.
Same!!!
I will say you can adjust the screws a bit to make the right side plate fit more snug. That’s what I’ve done on mine anyway and it fixed any rattling when I pressed on it.
Just got this keyboard a few weeks ago when i bought it second hand. When looking for reviews to see what configurations I would want to try, I was disappointed to see Alex hadn't posted a video about it. This made my day!
Glad I could help! Yeah i didnt get to take a look at this board ahead of time sadly. Guess they didn't need the coverage!
No worries, keep up the great videos! (Typed on Neo70 lol. I built mine with lightly lubed oil king on a cf plate with only plate foam with gaskets) I achieved a similar sound to endgame mx blacks on alu which is great@@alexotos
I hope they do a Neo60 next
Had no clue this had o ring. might consider getting one now
Cool desk love the grey look, mind telling me where its from? Cool keyboard as well ❤
Oh, I wish I can try someday
🔥🔥🔥
What's that 60% keyboard at the upper side of the video?
Unique sound with the o-ring. Really surprised by that!
The NEO boards have all been very surprising! Been loving them
Yes sirrrrrrr
What cable is that and where do I get it?
Finally i got mine near my bday
I prefer the thin bezels on Neo70 and the magnetic connectors are very handy, but the part that can be detached above the arrow does throw me off and the sound profile aren't to my liking either. Decided to go with the Cycle 7 and i'm pretty happy with my choice
was almost in the same boat, went from a cycle to a neo and now im finally happy w the how the pluto sounds/looks
@@coolieee i really like how the C7 looks and sounds, but the coating color (Zeal Red) is a bit off and not as bright as i had hoped. The Red Neo70 looks brighter, but the for the reason above, i still prefer the C7. As for the Pluto, the price is a no-go for me
Did you use no foam? Besides case foam
Oh actually a board that i ordered. I got myself the navy one for Christmas (ofc isn't here yet but still)
Hopefully they ship out that batch soon
@@alexotosyea i asked my vendor recently, but they also don't know more than it is in production.
Who'd you order through? I bought mine in mid February through qwertykeys and got it in about 3 and a half weeks
@@kirti3839KFA huh?
I bought that in my local shop and It only takes 1 day to deliver to your home
which hub are you using for plug in memory cards and receivers?
Are neo boards via compatible or do they have their own software
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Hi, does anyone know if the extra pcb on the right will be interchangeable in the future for different layouts?
I highly doubt it!
What is your desk
Damn those are milky yellows that sound like that?! I’m shocked
I currently have this keyboard, does anyone know why it keeps disconnecting. I know for a fact it isn’t my cable it works flawlessly with my other keyboards. It only seems to be with this keyboard it wants to keep disconnecting. I think it might have to do with this new way of connecting the pcb, what do you guys think?
Your usb-c port might be the cause, I have a 60% pcb that has that issue too which has something to do with the port allowing the cable to sit a bit too deep so it cant make contact with the traces in the port. Usually I can make it work by angling it a certain way but if you cant be assed I'd say just get the port replaced
This vs cycle?
Neo70 vs Cycle7?
I waiting for your Protagonist60%.
Please 🙏 usb c wire name or link pleas 🙏
Como nos pones los dientes largos con estos teclados que son imposibles de comprar.. Nunca hay stok. jejeje
How tf did u make those gateron milky sound like that??? Is that involved soldering??? Mine lubed and filmed but so way different than this.
The spacebar seems to resonante a loooooot with this keyboard on both mounting styles. It rings noticeably hollow.
The nav cluster is probably the biggest missed opportunity to me with this keyboard. I wish they would have designed it so you could either use a 3x5 pad or a more "traditional" nav cluster. Hell if they had a 3x5 pad there I'd instantly grab a Neo70. Having a 60% keyboard with a macropad directly attached to it would be the perfect workplace productivity companion to me.
Also kinda sad about having a weird badge on the bottom in an odd place... I really don't like that design element. Although this one is there out of necessity than aesthetics anyway considering you're meant to push the PCB/plate assembly out through there. Could have gone with a method inspired by the Bakeneko's though.
can't really be too critical for a sub 100 dollar board tbh
@@bjvink0130 *If you get it plateless with a solder PCB. Otherwise it's around $130 or $150 minimum with a hotswap PCB and a plate.
@@impointr which is nothing for a custom board with these features.
I like oring more....
We’re all a little different!
