what Neo are doing to the hobby is amazing, I was scared to see another video with fully foamed up Neo80 but I'm glad theres more options to look at, I like the build, a bit quiet for my liking but pretty good! great video, thanks for that !
What do you mean by that? As in you'd just rather there be more variety or that the foams hinder the sound of the board more than without? I am new to the custom keyboard community, so I'm still slowly learning the sound engineering of these boards, but in most cases I've heard how much foams can improve sound in it's own way.
I also just placed an order for this board yesterday as this will be my first custom keyboard build attempt. I am aiming to try and replicate another custom keyboard build style with ceramic keycaps and Everglide Dark Jade Black switches.

I meant that I liked seeing more reviews with no foam, foamed boards tend to same similar, they don't exactly sound the same but it just is close enough for me to get bored out of it. While no foam shows the true character of the board.
I get why people like the foam tho and there's nothing wrong with it as it is all preference based!

Amazing. This was the keyboard I was literally waiting for, a ball catch system, multiple mounting styles, magnetic connector daughterboard TKL. Just ordered a board. This might really be my endgame :D

I have this in green as well, used Nixies and GMK Botanical... was in rotation with my QK75n until my EVO80 got here so one of my sons took it and won't give it back. Another fantastic video, subbed as I think we have very similar keyboard tastes :)

Guys, does anyone how long it usually takes for qwertykeys to ship after order placement?
It has been 3 weeks since I placed the order(neo65), and the keyboard haven’t left the manufacturer yet
They're currently on a rolling order system. When there's enough buyers they will ship them out in bulk. It's not quite a groupbuy but it may still take a little bit from what I understand how it works.

Im not sure about these clip in type of mechanisms on keyboards in general. These will be a source or rattles after some time, wont it? I love the magnetic connectors tho, but just not these clips.
Catch ball system doesn't rattle. Haven't seen it in reviews and wasn't the case on the jris75, which I built.
The concept is similar to old cupboards as a way to keep the doors shut. Those rattled or rather get loose after a while. But let’s see, the system is rather new so let’s give it some more real world testing.
when the ball-catch system is loosen, it's easy to tighten it up with screw-drivers, it won't rattle unless you shake it
