Love from Germany!
i am pretty sure i saw this recipe back when i was 12 or so its been around then for ages cause i am 42. you could try other sodas or mix em up to suit your own tastes.hi emmy love your cooking channel its way way way better than others on tv and such. you always have cool, interesting and sometimes weird as content and that makes its so much more engaging and fun . stay safe love from Victoria, Australia
I made a “water” pie for the first time the other day and used sleepy time tea. It was delicious but so sweet even my kids couldn’t eat more than a bite. I would love to try the soda version but use a diet soda, do you know if there is a way to cut down the sugar and still get this to work?
You definitely could use a diet soda. I think the butter and flour make the custard with any liquid.
Maybe just make a water pie. You'd still have that cup of sugar but without the extra flavor of the tea or anything. Maybe tinker with the extracts, i.e. Use lemon instead of vanilla to make a more tart pie than sweet vanilla?
would be fun if u tried this pie with multiple soda flavors, 🍓, 🍇 🍊, rootbrer or cream soda!
Stewart's orange cream soda
This recipe popped up for me yesterday and I thought “please tell me Emmy knows of this”
*she knows*
i love u so much emmy your good energy is so contagious!
Fanta cake is very popular in Germany and one of my favorite cakes. It has a cake base that is baked with Fanta, canned peaches and a cream/sour cream and cinnamon topping. Heaven! 😋😋😋
Does this work with McDonald's Sprite or will that just burn a hole right through the kitchen counter
this would surely work with ANY liquid at all. If it works with water and it works with sprite, it would work with orange juice, lemonade, cream soda, root beer, red bull, etc.
🤣
The counter, your stomach, the ozone layer--all of em!

This one again is so cute as to Emmy’s Reactions. LOL!!! I may try this. I do want to try the water pie. I saw another UTUBER try it and I don’t think that He did it right. He hated it and spat it out. Anyway, thank You again, Emmy for sharing Your talents with Us.
GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY. 😊👍🏼❤️👋🏼
she is the most adorable person on youtube. been binging her videos.
Omg I saw this on TikTok and immediately thought - if diabetes was a tangible thing, this would be it.
People love to make jokes about that disease for some reason, but most people with serious diabetes issues never ate lots of sugar or are even overweight. Its not funny.
You wouldn’t eat the whole pie plus people don’t get diabetes from drinking a can of soda lol.
People who joke about this have no idea. Seriously no idea how difficult it can be to live with
Seriously. Soda is sugary then sugar and butter and flour all contain sugar smh lol
I hope you stop making jokes about diabetes now that people have told you that it’s not okay to take these diseases so lightly.
It could be fun experimenting with different sodas like orange, grape, birch beer, root beer, Moxie, cream soda, cherry wine etc...
“Pufferfish are adorbs.” :P
OMG they are!!! Did she say this?? WE ARE THE FISH WHISPERERS... pufferfish are the best fish.
Just saw this on Tiktok. It's cool that you covered it. I knew you'd talks about the flavors.
Your hair is absolutely adorable in this video. If that's a stylist, they need some props.
I didnt have sprite so i used 7up. I also added a little lemon juice and followed the rest of the recipe exactly. Pretty good!
Looks delicious, and love it when you say specticles lol. Specticles, testicles, wallet, and watch. Great vid Emmy!
"sprite pie"
Me: lemme just make this
My parents who only allow me to drink 1 can of soda a week; *you dare challenge me mortal?*

You will thank your parents one day, i say this as someone whose parent didnt place such limits.

Welcome back to cartel tiktok
There it is!!
When I was in Weight Watchers, we had a recipe for lemon cake that was simply a box of lemon cake mix and a can of diet Sprite and bake according to package directions. It’s really good.
In other words, a dump cake! There are A LOT of easy Peasy recipes like that out there! Search out Dump Cakes, you will be astounded! 😎✌
@@MissTique247 not exactly a dump cake since there’s only two ingredients, but really good. My Mom made a dump cake that was really good. So many things she cooked that I wish I knew how she made them. I really want her beef stew, but have no idea how she made it.
@@thejourney1369 ahhh... I know what you mean. My mom is gone but there are a few things that no matter what I try or do, I can not get them to be my mom's! Especially her meatballs! As cliche as it sounds, I think it's that Mother's Love that gave it that special something...🤗✌
She is so relaxing to watch
I love it here too 😊
