- Dollar General is quickly becoming one of my favorite places for "affordable home decor". On my recent visit I found Spring decor that was on level of Hobby Lobby or TJ Maxx, but much lower prices. Enjoy!

I was in Dollar General two days ago and the only item I saw was the butter dish.
That is the most well stocked, neat and clean Dollar General I have ever seen. Hats off to the manager!!!

Dollar General has been struggling here in NY. Stores closed by fire department since no one will work to put away deliveries too many boxes. Your voice is relaxing .

I love Dollar General and have 3 different stores within a few miles of where I live. Love their home decor, baskets, rugs, pillows and throws. I found the cutest solar lantern to hang on my porch. It is metal, painted black on the outside and gold on the inside. It has cutouts in it so when it lights up at night it casts beautiful shadows on my porch.😍

I wish the Dollar General & DollarvYrees were this clean & organized. Both are disorganized, boxes in the aisles, and difficult to find staff to help because THEY ARE ALWSYS SHORT STAFFED😵💫😏
D.G. has some of the best decor in retail. I have been doing a kitchen remodel and a living room refresh and I have purchased many items at D.G. They have some amazing and unique piece's. Great video.

I'm really surprised at their selection and quality. When I lived in Phoenix I would never visit DG because they were terrible. But, here in FL they are great!
Although I’ve downsized at 65 yrs old and am going for a much more minimalist look, I still like STUFF! I’ve bought some really cute decor items over the years at DG. I swear a lot of them look just like similar items from the high end decorating places. I also find cute, inexpensive stuff at TJ Maxx, Big Lots, and Bealls. I’m no trained decorator….. I just do what I like. Everyone always says my place looks just like ME. It should, I don’t do themes, current trends, or styles. I describe my look as loosely Shabby Chic/Scandinavian.

I buy my rugs there and they're well made. I bought the wicker tray the other day and painted it. Ours had pottery vases and birds I bought the other day. The prices are great.

Wow nice store! I have 6 close to me none have any of these beautiful things ...just junk or a few new things mixed in with their regular stuff so you have to sort thru it.

I was in DG yesterday. So little spring merchandise plus prices were much higher than DT.

I just subscribed to ur channel tonite ..I just love ur videos u have a calming voice so glad u do videos when u go to the stores then i know what to look for instead of wondering around the store i have been looking at our dollar general that farmhouse style off white round clock u showed on that display stand its still not at our Michigan store yet tho i do live in the middle of Michigan by the thumb in the country part surrounded by farms a lil town so they don't stock up on things i will keep looking ..thank u for ur calming videos & speaking slower then some of the ppl do on youtube they talk so fast thats not calming to me anyway i really enjoy ur videos will be watching more have a gr8 wk Carmen

There's a Dollar General being built right down the street from my house. I could walk there. It seems like it's taking a long time to build. Just got some of the outside walls up. There used to be a Dollar Tree & Family Dollar all in the same area. They knocked the Family Dollar store down & that's where D.G. is going up. They put the Family Dollar in with Dollar Tree. Hate it! It's like having half a store each. Can't find anything you want. I'll be happy when the Dollar General is open.
I like Dollar general more than Dollar tree. I think the quality of items is better.
