    Wonderful yoga exercises. The way Swamiji has given instructions and understanding as to how each of the exercises help us is awesome.I am 83 yr old. I do some of these yogas everyday and they are very helpful. NowI am going to do in this order, the way how Swamiji has instructed. Thank you so much Swamiji.

    🙏, I'm 83, no ailments, excepting body ache when getting up after sleep in the morning. I exercise for about 39-40 minutes, a combination of deep breathing & gymnastics at home. Due to body ache I've stopped gym'stics, temporarily, to guage difference if any. I'm happily impressed by ur demos, & am sure to pvercome

    Hats off to you Repd.Swamiji.These light exercises shall go a long way to ease oneself ,physically, mentally, emotionally etc.Pl.spread this message all over the world. Allow me to inform thyself that when you get up from prone position kindly turn to one side ,let the opposite hand take the weight, only then lift the body. That will help protect lumbosacral joints in both genders esp.ladies.Presentation/demonstration par excellent. Hence I am proud to fold my hands to your Holiness.

    Swamiji, I'm 72 running but fit. I can work whole day.Major of exercises/ yoga you told I do. Not everyday but thrice a week. These exercises are very good to keep anyone fit. Earlier I used to do everyday. Now I'll again start doing these exercises everyday.

    स्वामीजी महाराज (आदरणीय गुरुजी) सादर चरण स्पर्श 🙏 मैं 71 वर्षीय बहुत फुर्तिला युवा जैसा महसूस व मन बहुत प्रसन्न रहता है। मैंने 20 या 30 बार ही पवन मुक्त आपके online बताये अनुसार अनुसरण का प्रत्यक्ष लाभ हुआ है। जबकि अनियमित रूप से मैंने आसन किये हैं। 5 या 10 दिन तक का gap रहा है। कल से गुरुजी नियमित पवन मुक्त aasan करने का मन बना लिया है। सच कहूँ तो मैं युवा जैसा ऊर्जा वान महसूस कर रहा हूं। मन प्रसन्न होगया है। आपको शत शत नमन! 🙏

      स्वामीजीका समझानेका और योगासन करके दिखानेका तरिका बहुतही सरल और सुलभ है।मुझे बहुत फायदा सुख है। स्वामिजी, आजकाल मेरे बाये हतेलियेमे कंपन होने लगा है। चाय पितेसमय ठिकसे कप पकड नहीं सकता।कोई योगासन होगा तो कृपया बताईयेगा।
