I was having issues quilting right to left, and backwards. Meagan shared this video with me and my needle bar height was off. This took me less than 15 min to resolve!

No, but we do recommend using A needle you use on a regular basis

I think we got the timing set, and it doesn't hit anything, but when I thread it up & load the bobbin in, & try to bring up the bobbin thread, the top thread just tangles in there & breaks, and won't bring up the bobbin thread. What are we doing wrong?

Hey, our tech says Something isn't quite right, needle bar height or timing. You may have to start the process over. We imagine your address close. It's tricky sometimes if it's the first time. Sometimes people do the exact same thing again and tada it works! Don't give up.
