I try to formulate an in-universe reason for his shift in expressiveness/overall demeanor between the movies and the clone wars. Perhaps he was a lot more stressed in the events of episodes 2 and 3 which made him more hopeless/vulnerable/devoid of emotion in times of great tragedy.

But during Clone Wars he was able to reach his potential in powers and focus on the battles so got more mature, confident, heroic and charismatic. Those traits passed over to the beginning of Revenge of the Sith as well as seen during battle of Couracant ("This is where the fun begins", "I'm gonna go help them out", "I say Patience", "General Grevious you're shorter than I expected", "Now we're really picking up speed!") But he fell back to his insecurities when he found out Padme is pregnant, and when he began to have nightmares again.

@1 1 Nah thats the respirator that does that. The mask was specially designed by palpatine to keep anakin closed up and isolated 100% of the time so he'd have more anger to unleash, he was always able to take it off, and yes the respirator is attached to the mask but that could be altered easily if palpatine wasn't in charge.
Given that Anakin is such a cocky and humour-loving character, the lines for Palpatine and Vader and some other ones are just... chilling to the bone. Hearing him so afraid and/or furious is terrifyingly delicious.

His lines against palpatine and Vader are the coolest ones in my opinion. Like the one about how messed up Darth Vader feels, and how palpatine feels in his head. Although funny one is against kylo Ren, which I find is pretty funny, and nice seeing his comments on how bad kylo.
A part of me wishes he had more interactions with future characters. Like commenting on how Finn’s independence is like the clones, comparing BB-8 to R2, maybe something on how good of a pilot Han is, and especially something with his children. I’d even go as far to have Anakin comment on Rey’s lightsaber since the blue one is technically his

His lines against palpatine and Vader are the coolest ones in my opinion. Like the one about how messed up Darth Vader feels, and how palpatine feels in his head. Although funny one is against kylo Ren, which I find is pretty funny, and nice seeing his comments on how bad kylo.

A part of me wishes he had more interactions with future characters. Like commenting on how Finn’s independence is like the clones, comparing BB-8 to R2, maybe something on how good of a pilot Han is, and especially something with his children. I’d even go as far to have Anakin comment on Rey’s lightsaber since the blue one is technically his

There has been multiple times where my brother was playing as Anakin, and the line “the one time I need Obi-wan he is no where to be seen” is said, I immediately show up as Obi-wan and it’s funny every time.
