Trust seems to be everything and why lie about these connections and what you are doing with these people?! I'm supposed to believe she took a shower and did above and beyond soft stuff like that to a friend? Spending time away from me like I was just as toxic as Covid is. And then she had a moment that she gave her affection and attention to another person and I felt that when I started noticing the shit she put up the biggest wall ever labeled, "memory problems" or even "depression" to get me to subdue to her will which is to bow to her or even let her go. Oh yeah, I proposed to her and she said "your clearly not ready for a commitment, instead of saying she wasn't ready or that she was afraid, true enough, this came during (covid season) and at the beginning nonetheless. I just felt as if my questions led her to being with someone else. Too smart or nieve I guess.

also....depend on her coworkers....what you dont know if she has "interest" in someone at work. Im about to get ready for work and will see IF she parks her car in front....OR she is again, parked parallel NEXT to her caucasian coworker.....she does this quite often. (btw...she is asian). the walk to the entrance is way closer in front than where she parks next to the guy....
That is so true, I have gone thru a marriage and divorce cause of trust issue. Recently we got back together and again I almost going crazy due to certain things that made me so difficult in trusting her, so I decided to end it for my own shake. I don’t want to feel that way and take care of myself seek a different relationship.

I’ve been dealing with this kind of thing professionally for over 30 years. As always, Jess’s advice is spot on. But I think some of her points are indicative of the fact that it has already crossed the line and has become physical. Guys, pay serious attention to point number 1 regarding appearance. When she is going to be around this person she goes that “extra mile” with hair, makeup, clothing, perfume, etc. I liken it to getting ready for a first date. If you see this before she’s in the presence of this person, friend, you’ve got a problem on your hands. You best get on it! A word to the wise.

Cheating is cheating. Women are more emotionally connected. So if she emotionally connects to another guy or person, she has been gone from you for a while and it has little to do with the other guy.
Basically, you have been relegated from "main dude" to "side dude" status. You have lost her and she might even start blaming you for not even trying to save your relationship even though she has already left you emotionally. Everything else in your relationship is likely her going through the motions.
Chances are there have been signs you missed in the process. Just as much as you are not supposed to get too comfortable at work or your profession, the same is true with relationships.
Once you stop working at it, something better always comes along replaces you.

Every single point raised from 1 to 9 has just made me replay the last 4 years of my former relationship. It's just like you studied my ex and decided to give a summary of your observations 👌. The most intriguing thing I noticed is how she would continue to lie to herself about what she was doing and thinking that this would make her actions pardonable. At some point, I started to think that I was the problem but I eventually realized it wasn't me but her.
I am totally feeling you there my brother had alot of experiences and Jessica was on point full hundred and because of those experiences I started to learn who I love or who I'm just into and I did this in a very discreet way.

That’s not a woman thing, it’s a people thing. The very reason I don’t like relationships moving passed the talking stage. Once the relationship changes to bf/gf the dynamics change. My girlfriend recently shaved downstairs and I found that odd because she knows I don’t care and she’s communicated that she doesn’t like shaving, shortly after she started staying out late with coworkers and being difficult to communicate with or make plans with. We just signed a year long lease so I’m trapped regardless, as we say “living the dream”.
Found out she basically started a relationship with one of those coworkers and I’m trapped here, acting like it’s ok but secretly just waiting for the lease to run out so I can break things off.
Bother I’ll say she’s cheating trust me so keep an eye don’t say anything but one day confront her in a calm way and say you think something is off and your spirit tells you something is off , if she says nah your paranoid say ok no problem , let me have your phone so I can download a software to recover deleted text etc if she gives you that phone with no fight yes she’s got nothing to hide if she refuse and says your controlling and paranoid run my brother just run 😅good luck

I experienced this once, what you said here is true, painfully true. I had a relationship some time ago, and we used to hang out with her sister and her boyfriend. But things began to go wrong when ex began to show interest in her sister´s boyfriend . Every segment of your video seems to me like different stages of the end of that relationship. As I'm listening to you, those bad memories cone to my mind. One day she dumped me, but by the time she did that, I was fully aware of the situation. So, I leave and never looked back since then. For one year and a half, she had been trying to contact me but I decided to apply the no contact rule to her, in order to heal myself. Now my mind is clear, and I'm fine.

SOLUTION: Challenge her emotional cheats by telling her how you feel about what you're observing and if she is DEFENSIVE and UNWILLING TO ADJUST FOR YOU; it's a big red flag 🚩! Walk away!

I think you'll find that things Jessica is saying here are regrettably pretty universal behaviours - and not just specific to Africa. And guys we are also sometimes guilty of it (the only difference being that women - especially the pretty ones - get a lot of attention heaped on them all the time.
