Thank you! Very helpful until I tried the last step, connect to exchangeonline. It wouldn’t let me do connect, because I have a personal account and not an organizational account. I have a Microsoft 365 personal account. Any ideas how to get through this obstacle?

@ Thank you! So how, with a personal account, make a change using Powershell? I have an Outlook Delete folder from which items won’t delete. Items won’t move to Recoverable Items, saying that it needs to be emptied when there are no items showing there.

Looks like MS finally got rid of the search-mailbox for exchange online powershell. I would use this command to pull emails to a temp mailbox for review, but with the new contentsearch command, this is not possible according to MS support engineer. Do you know if there is a work-around? any help is appreciated.
