If we create a customised Tag and Policy to archive 365/ 1 year older emails and Set/ select it in user mailbox from Exchange online, what will happen to other listed tags which are in default MRM Policy, also what if user has configured something like apply a personal tag or any other tags that's listed there in "Default MRM Policy" to retain some items?

I switched organizations, and my previous email address is no longer active. How can I sign out of Teams on my MacBook? It is not allowing me to sign out of my old organization account neither allowing me to sign in with my new organization's email address, and when I close the app, it keeps popping up in a loop cycle. Looks like MS finally got rid of the search-mailbox for exchange online powershell. I would use this command to pull emails to a temp mailbox for review, but with the new contentsearch command, this is not possible according to MS support engineer. Do you know if there is a work-around? any help is appreciated.
