She's so awkwardly humble and amazing! An amazing actress that can draw you and feel the raw emotion as if you're experiencing it yourself!
True
Very true! Her eyes are amazing that's the draw!
Sarah definitely deserved the award! She's a brilliant actress and a lovely woman x
Sarah : "Nina Sosanya, if you ever get the chance to kiss her, do. You won't be disappointed "
tara pam
Sweet
You can feel her nerves. It just goes to show that although she comes across as confident in character its entirely different when theyre not infront of directors.
I think she's just adorable and to think she's all ours...proud to be British Sarah ❤
sarah lancashire is a brilliant and beautiful woman
Our Catherine!
She's just incredible!
I enjoy every performance that she does in anything
I love Sarah Lancashire so much!!💖
An amazing, nuanced performance from a lovely actress. WELL DONE!
i was SO happy! shes so talented. especially in the Drama on the BBC right now called Happy Valley!
And she's now cleaning up for happy valley aswell. She's so easy on the eyes and ears, effortless which makes her one of the best.
Sarah Lancashire is a talented and gracious lady.
Do you love her long time?
@@MarthaMansbridge Given the opportunity, I certainly would.
She is divine..🙏
I just love this series I watch it all the time
wonderful wonderful wonderful actress!!!
A true Lancashire lass
She’s from Oldham but talks so posh and lovely :)
I still can't believe they took one of the best part of this show. But can the on screen chemistry between Sarah and Nina ever really be re created again?
+tara pam they destroyed it by killing off kate there is another series but as far as i am concerned they killed the show
Yeah, the relationship was incredibly dysfunctional and there was no chemistry at all between the pair of them. Nina's character was just a whining annoyance whilst Sarah's was just a cow for most of the time. Great series but these two, and as a couple, were hardly worth paying attention.
Petrillo, l don't know what show you were watching
Would love to see them together again.
I don't mind standing in for Nina 😂
Love her style a classy actress
I live in America so I'm not sure who any of the people are really that they mention except d from the show but I'm happy she won! Great show don't like where season 3 is going though..
Que mulher bonitaaaaaaa, tá doido!
Is it just me is Sarah Lancashire not one of the best if not the best actress in the world right now, who actually is better than her and her performance in Happy Valley
Yes!!! She was incredible in Happy Valley , the scenes where she staggers to the police car after being beaten was exceptional
i love happy valley wished they had more episode's I've watched them all 😂😂✌🎥❤
With you on that !
This wasn't for Happy Valley!
❤
Is going to have the continuation of Happy Valley ??? I am in France and can't find it on Canal+
+Ignez Maciel happy valley return 2016 sometime
+henry baker thank you for replying......I will watch for it !!
It's currently airing in the UK! Halfway through Season 2. I've been able to catch it via a British friend and I cannot believe that they've actually managed to keep the show just as excellent... It's really the best show in, like, history. I'd probably tie it with Breaking Bad.
I agree Jules....excellent . I will try to find in British channels. Tks!!
Glad she won but Nicola Walker gave the best performance in LTIH. Rivetting.
Nicola did not stand a chance. Sarah Lancashire is a huge and tremendous talent. Nicola plays herself, Sarah transforms.
@@ljrich1000 Have you seen or heard Nicola Walker? Sarah Lancashire plays the same character in everything she does. She should not have won over Walker.

Sally suddenly became just a writer. She could have allowed Kate to leave Caroline instead she decided to kill her for the shock value. Putting us through a funeral and to what end, so that we could see Caroline cry? Sarah Lancashire is a powerhouse and does not need these theatrics to parlay her trade. Sarah Lancashire is better than this and until this I believed that Sally Wainwright was also. It is television; a little fantasy goes a long way.
LJ Rich Sarah has no say whatsoever on the storyline so don't blame her. If you want to bash someone then it's the writer and both execs. of Red and the BBC you should be thinking of.
What's most frustrating is Wainwright said she had to kill Kate because it would take something like that to reunite Caroline with her mother. What b.s. Caroline turned to her mother, true, but they never talked or really repaired anything. It was just brushed aside.
My last straw was before that, though, with the whole pregnancy fiasco. They had been together two seconds and suddenly Kate's like I'm going to have a baby with an old boyfriend and you can like it or lump it.
@@annekay4353 Agree. Maybe in the UK with Wainwright the actors do not have a say in anything. From interviews with The L Word cast, especially Laurel Holloman (Tina) and Jennifer Beal (Bette) they actually had a say in the dialogue and storyline.
Wow - you take this waaaaaaay too seriously.
Sally said she regretted her decision! So do we all!
Shelley Henderson must've been REALLY pissed 'cause in Season 2 she's come to West Yorkshire with a nefarious purpose and some poor intentions for Our Catherine...
