Lot of changes since my best friend and I used to invest our weekends train-watching in the very early 1960's. No steam, just diesel and electric engines. Our favorite was the Pennsylvania GG-1. They were always going from N.Y.C. to Washington D.C., right there on Track 2 and 3. When they stopped for a passenger pickup, we would always talk to the engineers. Those GG-1's were so high up for us little guys...musta been 15' above the station level! Thanks for the trip, Jason!
This station use to be one of the most busiest places I've ever visited, at one point you literally had to plan to move to the side little by little so you could make a stop and wait till it clears because everyone walked the same way. I loved shopping, getting a bite to eat at their restaurants, buying flowers, visiting their book store. Once I even found a family member if mines drunk and having fun in one their very famous bars they use to have near the entrance where you would spit many drunk off duty cops and Newark NJ judges drinking chatting and watching the people pass by. Many of them I've still see on tv others personally and some have gotten jobs in other counties. Newark Penn station was not as bad atmosphere as it was until they added that nj rail office in the station and abandoned their immaculate bathroom. The police and the NJ governor stopped serving and working for purposes that really mattered.the Penn station now has a bad cold atmosphere if nothing but trouble cops in machine guns mistreating the homeless and disabled you can't even ask them a question because they are so bloody, intensified with rudeness that you might as well ask Google and keep going. I will never forget the old Newark Penn station once a place if laughter filled with people excited to get to their destinations but know I know someone who the Penn station became a place of tresspassing, and victimizing and brutally and she hasn't been given the chance or the right s to fight back so it's no longer a place I feel I could see as good in anyway.
The Little Theatre at 562 Broad in Newark, NJ closed down on June 25, 2018. I have been searching for another adult cinema. Do you know where in NJ I might be able to find another cinema like the Little Theatre?

@@movethebox1503 Dude, me a my friend got off a train and went into the 7/11 across the street, we almost got shot there, I guy told us had a gun and he was going to rob the store and we had 5 seconds to get out. That area was scary as hell at night, had a bunch of people staring us down when we were walking.

The post code of Newark
You totally missed the main waiting room. WTF tour was that?
Could you do Astoria Blvd? I heard it opens later today (12/16)
That's in my plans of doing it as soon as it reopens but we don't know when in December
Update Astoria Blvd is reopened as of 12/18 but tour will be done in 12/19
@@jasonbxny0619 oh okay, thanks!
Is it dangerous?
If you stand on the tracks or reach for the overhead wires, yeah. Otherwise it's fine.
So fancy this is where the top shelf bums sleep
That's we're i live

Newark Bum Station
Sadly nobody cares about fixing the drug and homeless epidemic.
That's a fact and we need to speak about it
