Ofc they reverted the buff, i honestly fell like it was a very good buff, making the scout a decent option for early game, i guess the main problem about buffing the normal scout is the golden scout itself since he is already a very solid unit and the buff would pretty much make g scout useless, since the main use of g scout is to clear the first few waves in the early game and you only need 3 lvl 0 g scouts for 200$ each to defend. With the buff they game to normal scout, i'm pretty sure they would pretty much have the exact same stats at lvl 0. So no reason to spend 50k on a tower when u get the same tower with the same lvl 0 stats for free
Also golden scout is also decent mid game when upgraded because of the cheap cost, but with normal scout buffed, it would be almost no reason to use golden scout mid game if the normal scout can almost get the same results for like way cheaper.
they need to make scout do 1.5 damage like in tdx, so every 2 or 3 shots it does 2 damage (wouldnt be rng, idk which shots to pick). cuz 2 damage for a FREE tower is way too op. BUT maybe molten rebalances will make this not as big of a deal.

Fun fact: 3 buffed Scouts at lvl 0 can make it to wave 7 in Fallen mode which gives you good time to farm before you need to worry.

I tried scout and sniper only on fallen (20 scout 20 snipers) and made it a decent chunk of the way lol….
Now that they buffed normal scout g scout should be dealing something like
lvl 0: 3 dmg
