I live in australia and it gets very hot here so I was thinking that instead of using a zip lock bag I would use stockings so the rocks wont sweat and go moldy, it would breath and not sweat
Gday I’m in Oz too. The other thing that could work would be a canvas/ material bag/ cotton cloth etc that would replace the ziplock bag, either you could repurpose something or sew something that fits 😊
I've seen a few where they've got things from the op shop, an old lawn bowls ball, a petanque ball. You could prob use wheat or rice, like in a wheat bag, & add drops of essential oils to it so any breeze blows the smell into ur home? That's work fab putting the wheat/rice in an old stocking or thin sock
Okay I am using amigurmi thread 8/4. This frog seems larger and 45 DC for tongue. I’m not sure that works. Way too much tongue can you tell me what I’m doing wrong
I’m not sure if I follow you I like so many but tell me about you and the group you refer too. Like to switch up designer’s when they get in a rut and make the same item in different stitches and yarn.
What does she mean when she says for example, the next two rows stitch for stitch? Does that mean the two rows do the same stitches you’ve been doing or does that mean straight single crochet?
Eeks I have spent way too much time with you two ladies and I am still struggling with some issues. Therefore I will create something else to relieve stress this created a lot of anxiety. That’s not why I crochet.

Begging your pardon, I strongly disagree with the statement you made about it being easier cleaned if it's cotton rather than acrylic. Acrylic cannot absorb water, or stains - except oils, a degree. It is harder to get mud and dirt stains out of cotton.

Same stitch you have been doing in each stitch. Don't add any, don't decrease any.

Only way I know is to use two skeins, using 2 makes it thicker.
