    Peacocks, you gave me a new term. I've gone off the front like that a few times a few times, I know I can't stay off the front, but I also know they won't chase me down, as the rest of the pack knows I'm no threat to win or stay off the front.

    • @ClockCutter
      @ClockCutter 5 лет назад +4

      You find it hard to make the simple conversion of mph to kph, do you? 1 mile = 1.6 kilometers. For those who are mathematically challenged, you can get a very close approximation by taking one half of the original speed in mph and add it to one tenth of the original speed in mph, assuming you are at least adept enough to work with the easy fractions of 1/2 and 1/10, and then add this sum to the original speed. So, to convert 30 mph to kph, add 15 to 3, which is 18, and then add 18 and 30. 30 mph is approximately 48 kph. Should you be both mathematically challenged and routinely anal, requiring a precise conversion, you should resort to a mechanical devise, like a simple calculator, or, better yet, just STFU.

    you keep taking that left hand turn tight inside, I would think you should be able to carry more speed outside and still be in a good position for the next right-hander. Isn't it better to conserve speed than position?
