Hi Leila, Have you moved the file? it's not there.
I loved number 7, Centering Labels. I thought it would be less helpful, but in the end it does make it look nice. Surprised me a little.
I love tip 3 - the timeline functions and I would love to explore more similar illustrations! Thanks Leila, always love your video - adds value and work productivity.
Loved them all. No matter how much experience one has in Excel, there is always so much to learn since we only learn enough to get our job done and miss out on other possibilities within excel, especially pivot tables. You are a great teacher.
Tip #7, in past used my vba rolldown to do that. Missed this since 12 years. Very useful after inserting as values to filtering it, or just using it as normal flat base table for further processing. Thanks for your emphatic instructions
I'd love to know more Pivot hacks --- particularly with complicated calculated fields, multi-pivots, etc 🎉
Number 8 and 9. Those are going to be very helpful!
Thanks for the suggestion
@@LeilaGharani Where is that excel sheet to practice?
Number 4 was genius!
Super useful information 👌 I really appreciate it you explain it so perfectly!
Great video Leila! #3 Timeline Slicer I didn't know and it could be very handy for ad hoc 'browsing' thru reports. Thanks :)
7,8,9 are my top ones: custom sorting by writing in the cell, show values as - base item: previous Great job!
Your voice is so calming and relaxing to listen too.
It's almost like a meditation video.
Tip 3 is Valuable as your preferred. However all the tips useful. Thanks Leila... Keep following you.
Thank you! I will also have to say no. 4 is my favorite. I had no idea you could do that.
I love #3 and #7. Always learning something new. Thank you so much!
It's so useful. Love it. Thanks Leila.
Shrink fit in pivot table...I use to do it manually all these years..loved it..time saving..you are a saviour 🙌
All great tips. My favorite was the "type to sort". I'm always trying to drag items, and find it very cumbersome because it doesn't always move well. This is a much more exact method!
Hi Leila, your videos are excellent - simple but thorough, insightful and engaging. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and tips
Hi Leila, my favorite is No 8: Custom Sorting Pivot Table Fields. 😉 Pivot table are so quick that i need to build up my confidence in trusting it ...that is... is it going what I want it to do... is it including all my data. etc.
Tip 7 and 9 are amazingly new to me. Love it! Thanks a lot
Fantastic! Thank you Leila!
I loved Tip#9. It takes a lot of time to do that manually, which is VERY useful for EDA. Thanks!
These are all great tips. The most intriguing one was the timeline feature. Never knew you could have that as a separate choice and dynamically change it. Thanka for sharing these. I'll keep this video handy. 😊
Like many already have said, you’re a great teacher! 🌟 I liked all your tips 😊 but this “compare to previous month”, is there any trick to also compare January with December?
I agree with you, Leila, with Tip # 4 as being the most useful. It is hard to identify a single tip since tip #10 was just as useful at least in my line of work. Thank you very much for sharing this information.
Thank you Leila for always showing new Excel tips & tricks! I like #7. Thx!
Great tips as always. Thanks
Thank you for tip number 9 Leila. Love you!
Superb work. Thanks for everything,Leila
I love 3 & 9 Tips.Timeline Slicer,Easy %-Change Calculations in Pivot Tables.
I love that layout "Field list" that is more in a column rather than in a square. What I also like is the b utton "Defer Layout Update" so you dont mess your data next to your pivot table!!! Gr8 video thank you!!!
Number 3 is a great function I didn't know about.
Thanks Leila
I knew all of them ... except tool settings sort a-z... so that is my fave. Love it!😍
All the tips are amazing - Thank you Leila Gharani. Waiting for the next step of tips :)
Tips 3, 7, & 9 are my favorite and ones I could see using most often for what I do. Great video Leila.

Thank you for putting time stamps in for easy reference and navigation!
Hi Leila, Tip 9 is amazing for me. I had never use the same. Now I'll use the tip 9 in my reports. Thank You !!!!
Thank you Leila! I was revising my Pivot table skills recently and this video is just-in-time! I liked the Pivot table without using Pivot table tip! It's really cool! 😎
That's great to hear, Vijay! Perfect timing then.
I have been using pivot tables for many years but newertheless I learned a few new tricks. It's difficult to pin point a specific one but I really like the way you use pivot tables creative to make a slicer value (# 4)
Your content is awesome, keep it up!
My favorite feature (because I didn't know about it) was the center labels feature!
Question: For Top N filtering, is there a way to collapse the remainder of the items into an "all other" label, or show a Sub-Total, and Grand Total of all the data? I currently do this with grouping, but it does not allow for dynamic updates. I suppose i could add a column in the data, but ideally would not have to do this.
I think #10 will be very useful. Thank you, Leila!!
Very helpful! I've been centering labels manually for about a million years. You've probably saved me hours!
Thank you so much. I can't wait for your next structured course! Personally I am looking forward to seeing the one with Power Automate, and Excel Dashboard collaborating with both Power Query and Power Pivot. Again, thanks a lot!

Always a great video & knowledge from you! My favorite is number 7, though I know the function of % differences, I never know we can pull same fields for two or three times. Will definitely use this method from now on.
Since we are on this topic, I’d love to get your help - is there a way to get sales value field to be a calculation of 12-month rolling basis (or year-to-date) with a click of a button? I’ve explored many ways (like Calculated Fields, Slicer, etc) but to no avail. Hope you can help on this!
The timeline function is great! Thank you for the video! 🙂
