    While we get about 30 fps less on average Ultra takes up to 10 % more workload while GPU's workload decreases by up to 10 %. GPUs power consumption also drops even if not much if you take substantially lower CPU power consumption (compared to non-Ultra units) you can cut your energy bills quite a bit. 20 % fps drops with considerably lower power consumption is a win in my book taking current power pricing into consideration. You can still comfortably play games knowing your next power bill (next year, depending
    how your provider calculates your consumption) will be lighter. Some with their parent's money/loaded with cash, are blindly/dead set on highest performance. But gamers with tight budgets should think about switching to Ultra branch.

    What Intel did is not understandable, i cant understand also... Who cares about -20w less power consumption and who cares about those -5%/-10% performance loss? Who cares about super high price of slower new gen? Dafaq rly. No one cares about -20% lower power consumption, while care about performance and normal price most.

  • @beba6875
    @beba6875 Месяц назад

    Why would you pay for more and get less, i think it just a marketing strategy and rebranding, it still using same socket, usually intel would ditch the current socket by now. So keep your current cpu, or by the 14 gen, it is still king and save you a buck and it only a little less efficient on power which you cant even see it on your electric bill, so its not intel fault, it only a strategy.
