We prepare Kesaribath in Refined oil so ಇಟ್ becomes very Soft and very thin 👍 if we prepare Kesaribath in Ghee... It Becomes very Hard... So i prefer Refined oil More then Ghee ☝️👌👌 Refined oil Gives Very Good Taste 👍
This formula 1-2-3-4 works.

I buy organic cane sugar which is not that sweet, whenever I measure 1:1, sugar is less and so disappointing

Even in mysore pak making. Similar formula using basin flour and.sugar and ghee but not that much water but the process is little bit different 😉
