wow loved this! I'd be really interested in seeing how the engraving machines you have work! I'd love to start collecting more second hand tools - do you have any tips for finding good working equipment?

Thanks! I just added making a video on the engraving machines to my video topic ideas list 😉 about second hand tools: look for local jewelry maker / goldsmith / jeweler groups on Facebook and ask around. Good luck! 🍀

Awesome studio 😍 I dream of having a studio like this one day but set up in an old caravan so I can move it to different locations ❤

I had dreams like that too, for a long time, but at that time I didn't had this much equipment. But since I became a (twin)mom, I'm happy to have my studio and home in 1 place, not moving (even though we have been moving a lot since the kids were born, we hope to STAY here in France now haha). Hope your dreams will become reality for you!

Hello! Thanks for the tour of the studio. She is wonderful and neat 🙂! Several years ago I dreamed of a workbench, and now I have the necessary tools to study jewelry making. I would like to share this joy with someone. Best wishes, Lena from Russia

That’s so great! Dreaming is nice, but it is sooo fun to start actually learning to use all the tools and try out the techniques!

Hi Kornelia, Great video. Such an exciting journey. One question. How are you planning to move all your equipment? Will you move it yourselves or will you higher a mover? Much of that equipment is very heavy and hard to pack, especially if you don't have the original boxes. Such a big job! I am a studio jeweller too. I live in Canada. I used to live in France. It's a beautiful way of life there. Best of luck.

This is so amazing! Would you consider making a video on how you engrave? Also, it would be so cool to see your process from a freshly casted piece to it’s finished state!

Oh that could be an interesting video indeed, I will try to make a video on engraving in the upcoming months ☺️ I made a video about how I finish castings: LOST WAX Jewelry Technique: How I finish casted rings

Hi Steve! It is really strange watching this video as it already feels like ages ago since I filmed it. I will share more soon, from my new studio in France, and I'll make sure to go more into detail and show/explain more about the tools/equipment. Maybe I'll create a different video for every workbench, because it's a lot, haha. Have a great day!
