    I absolutely love the checklist next to your door, so simple and so helpful! ❤️
    Btw I had no idea about the amount of things you use at your work, surprising.🤯

      @TheArtOfMetalsmithing  2 года назад +2

      Yeah, I surprised myself haha 😁 I do try to keep it to a minimum and only have things I use, but there's still quite a lot of those. Jewellery making is not necessarily a minimalist job 😁
      And yes, the checklist is so helpful. I need to make another one to keep at home, as I tend to forget things often too, keys, charger, mobile etc 😂

    Great video and view, thank you. I love your horsy!!! Me want one Aunty Basia!!! I even love the fake plant, one for me so I don't forget to water, or knowing me, over water. I love bambo and know I know where to get some plants, I love that you just stick it in water and keep it topped up, even I might manage that, maybe??? Okay I forgot with my last one... It's wonderful to have you back Basia, we missed you, well I have...
    Stay safe, with less pain, Steve xx...

      I missed you so much too! I'm so happy to be back. I'm very excited for new videos. The channel will need some reviving for sure, I don't think RUclips is showing my videos to a lot of people at this point (a mandatory punishment for not uploading, RUclips is well known for this 😅). But I'm hoping it will get better.
      With the plants, totally! If you ever get the chance, these little bamboo, also called "lucky bamboo", are extremely easy to keep. It's actually a pleasure and guilt-free. I'm the best with plants myself, so these are everywhere now, in my flat, at a workshop 😁 And the fake ones are nice too. Obviously they're nowhere near a real plant, but add some much needed greenery and a peace of mind haha.
      The horsy, I mean, the chair is really awesome indeed 😁 so much fun and actually works great, my back doesn't hurt. I love to see a good brand producing a well made product like this

    Love the studio tour!! Question - I have a Dremel butane torch as well (and a few others like a Max Flame butane torch) but I have found that after a while, refilling my torches becomes really difficult. It seems like the butane no longer wants to go into the torch, or maybe I'm letting the gas out as I'm trying to fill! Do you run into this issue? Any suggestions?

    • @TheArtOfMetalsmithing
      @TheArtOfMetalsmithing  2 года назад +3

      Hi! Glad you enjoyed it! ❤️ As for the torch, I've never experienced this to be honest, which I think is actually quite unusual with an old torch like mine. I guess I got a good unit. But I think someone mentioned (Steve, was that you?) that it's the air, which can be let out by pressing on that bit at the bottom. But please - do double check, as I don't want you to do anything dangerous if I'm wrong about this. Like I said, I've never done it myself, that's why I'm not entirely sure

    • @etherealclarity
      @etherealclarity 2 года назад +1

      @@TheArtOfMetalsmithing Thanks for the reply!! I appreciate the tip. I have actually tried this and didn't see any difference, but perhaps I'll try again. Or if it gets too bad, maybe I'll just buy a new torch. I do really love the Dremel torch (and I got it because of your videos!).

    • @stephencoster9532
      @stephencoster9532 2 года назад +2

      @@TheArtOfMetalsmithing yes it was me and yes well remembered it is the air that is in the refill can filling your gas tank on your torch. Use a solder pick or something simular to depress the centre piece of the gas socket in the base, this will let any butane and the air out. It will come out under pressure so point it away from you and anything that might be damaged, and NEVER HAVE A NAKED FLAME ON!!! Or maybe BOOM!!! Not cleaver. You might want to take it outside, I usualy do. Cheaper refill cans are the problem, always buy good ones if you can, it's better gas too. This is how I do it, but it is up to you how you solve the problem, I'm not a gas engineer I just found it worked for me.

    • @stephencoster9532
