- I built a robotic safecracker to help my brother-in-law open his safe. When I finish this project I'll post all the design files and code as open source on my github page.
New videos are uploaded as soon as I finish them!
If you're like me you have creative ideas and sometimes they get trapped inside your mind. Here on Byte Sized Engineering I make project videos that get you excited about unleashing your inner maker and making those creative ideas a reality!
You shouldn’t need an engineering degree to make your ideas a reality. I suffered through years of engineering school so you don’t have to. I know how it feels to want to make something I’m excited and passionate about, but also feel overwhelmed by not knowing where to start. I’ve unlocked the secret to getting past this feeling of being stuck. In my videos I show you how to take complex problems and break them down into smaller, more manageable “byte sized” pieces.
If you want my recommendation on what you should watch, I put together this playlist for you. • New Here? Watch My 10 ...
You should also subscribe to byte sized, and consider become a supporting member through Patreon or RUclips memberships. Supporting members get access to behind the scenes content, free project build guides, discord community server, early release videos, and monthly hangouts. Thanks for taking the time to watch this video, I look forward to seeing you next time!

For the next heist movie. He's definitely going to be called into the team as the sabe cracker
My thoughts exactly.
Can't wait for the part 3
Waiting for part 3. I want to build this as well. I found the information on digikey maker and wondering if there will be a final parts list.
Yes that's the plan, I'll make all the design files open source
@@bytesizedengineering please don't do that. It doesn't sound safe to me.
@@yogeshykvOfficial I wouldn’t worry about this so much. I don’t think a criminal could crack a safe fast enough with it. It would still take a while even at its fastest setting
Thats pretty sweet actually,
Thanks bro, on the behalf of me and the surrounding banks
I have two safes of similar size I forgot the combinations too. This would be a fun project!
Brute force method? You’re just going to have your robot try 64,000 different combinations until it gets it right?
Crackin
Payday is definitely making notes
"guys, the drill!"
Lowkey want to show my safe friends this to give em the heebie-jeebies
Where can I find the software for this device and why can I supply it
new payday DLF
Oh wow, you wrote an algorithm for checking numeric combinations? Whats your name? Wanna send it to google
why the hell dont you use keylocks?
Nobody is safe
Brutforcing mechanical moves is terrible idea, noisy, long, and can damage it after minutes
A real, good quality safe lock wont break that easily, they are built to withstand physical forces,
You err… you interested in making some money?…
