I hope someone will play and record it better in the future, cause I don't think I'll want to practice and perform this piece🤣. It is a cool piece, but too difficult for me
@@SanTheViolinDude it's really harder than roman kim's compositions, paganini caprices, ysaye, etc? as hard as contemporary things like Ligeti? (ok, ligeti for me is the hardest thing in violin existence)
And then I guess I should suggest the cadenza from Locatelli's Op.6 No.12, which is also off the fingerboard if you play its original published edition in 1737 (instead of the published editions in 19th century)
@SisselOnline, About two years ago, I made a better, cleaner and easier to read transcription, meticulously correcting mistakes from the original manuscript and saving the MIDI audio files of how are they actually supposed to sound If you want me to send you my revised edition and the MIDI audios of how they actually should sound, let me know!
Could you sightread Sauret Artistic Etudes? They look ridiculous to me. There's twelve and they all have no good recordings. It would be great if you tried these out. Love the video too. I hope this series can continue for a long time.
😂 if it's not that Marco Anzoletti was an amazing soloist as well (in 1891-5, Milano), I would have thought this work is made by someone who doesn't know violin... (Especially caprice No.4 and 5) Still, now you have one of the most difficult caprices performed, and it's just 1 of the 5 😂
Ooo, ya will definitely try it out, but if there's no score for them I'll have to write it out and that takes a while, and after I write them myself it just doesn't feel like sight reading anymore because I know what's coming😅 . But I'll definitely put them on my to do list
There's an excellent transcription of his Ballade in RUclips by Oscar David Orjuela; his requiem is available th first page on Barenreiter, although he hasn't recorded it or played in the internet yet
one question: notes off the fingerboard just needs the finger to stay there, without the wood for the finger to touch with pressure. and notes on the fingerboard, highest positions, the finger can not touch the fingerboard, just touch the string too?
Thank you for your suggestion, I'll definitely look into it. I'm pretty new to making videos, I tried color grading one time and the video turned orange, I looked like Donald Trump 🤣
I have the MIDIs and better a transcription, easier to read of Anzoletti's 5 grand caprices, I meticulously rewrote and corrected some obvious mistakes from the original manuscript uploaded by @SisselOnline at IMSLP, I attempted about a year ago to read and record them but eventually gave up beacause they are insane and nearly impossible lol, they have some interesting passages and ideas, but overall just crazy, nearly impossible music, specially caprices No. 4 & 5, total madness, probably impossible to play If you want me to send you my revised edition and the MIDI audios of how they actually should sound, let me know!
Now you're the first in history to play these caprices on the internet, congrats!

Assolutamente insuonabili per questo nessuno li studia, arpeggi e accordi altissimi e troppo frequenti, ottima lettura a a prima vista!
😅 so true, but I'd be curious to see someone playing this really well someday

😅 the original edition is on imslp too? You like torturing me don't you 🤣

I'll definitely try it out
les arpejes - wieniawski
les go, sunday sight read :]
Yep, definitely, coming soon
Can i suggest Le Reve by Sarasate because there are very few recordings and even fewer people who show themselves playing it.
@@GaryGarym sure I'll add it to my yo play list 👍 is it hard? 😅
@SanTheViolinDude I would say so
Bravissimo , complimenti . Non sapevo neanche che esistesse Anzoletti . Notevole anche Anzoletti
Thank you🙏

I felt it, 😂 I thought "there's no way a violinist wrote this!" ... But a very cool piece, great for high position practice
What about roman kims Requiem for solo violin or his ballade?
Ooo, ya will definitely try it out, but if there's no score for them I'll have to write it out and that takes a while, and after I write them myself it just doesn't feel like sight reading anymore because I know what's coming😅 . But I'll definitely put them on my to do list

Yes, really high position notes on E string comes out really easily even without your finger touching the fingerboard, they are like harmonics
I dunno, seems like an awful lot of work with not much return on investment.
Facts 😅
Not me searching for a recording on Spotify and finding none 😭 love the video! ❤
Uh I see, 😅 I was hoping to see someone play it properly😂
had to laugh a few times, sorry
😅 I was half laughing half crying while recording too 🤣
If you want more views, you should improve your lighting
Thank you for your suggestion, I'll definitely look into it. I'm pretty new to making videos, I tried color grading one time and the video turned orange, I looked like Donald Trump 🤣
Absolutely horrible sir stop it😢
I guess you didn't read the warning 😅

Oh yes please do that would be really cool, here's my Email: swhviolin@gmail.com
For those 2 caprices I suppose that Anzoletti wanted people to play harmonics instead of actual notes 😂
(Especially Caprice 4 with 15th)
