The place of the dip is not clear. Doesn’t look the same on Sonia as the man but we can’t see her ear. Some understanding of the skull might help. Otherwise very good instructions thank you

Hi, Do you have to listen to NeurOptimal through ear-buds/ear-phones, or can you just listen to it through the computer's in-built speaker? Cheers
