Stephen Paskind was the president of Bingo World Inc. which was located in Brooklyn Park, Baltimore MD. It's also alleged that the bingo parlor was a front for organized crime (aka the mafia). In 1990 Stephen Paskindb along with several others who were members of The Chicago Outfit & Lucchese crime family in New York, were arrested for gambling conspiracy charges.
