This song my introduction to CKY. I bought the video album at a hot topic in Buffalo because the cover looked like a horror movie and it said Bam Margera. I was already a jackass fan.
This brings back some pretty rad memories. I first heard this song when I was 19, during a rather dark and depressing stage of my life, so for someone to say “the air is black as can be. Can’t even see that my hand is in front of me” gave me a sense of security. Also the girl at 0:49 is the same girl from the cafe scene in Haggard. The girl who stabbed Ryan Dunn in the eye with a fork. Rest in peace, Dunn.
IDR is definitely one of my favorite albums of all time!!! But I didn't discover CKY until I saw Jackass: The Movie in theaters. But they became my favorite band after that...and while IDR is my fav, all the albums are amazing!🤘
