The PS1 version is what I grew up with and, honestly, I cannot see much difference. I would go as far as to say that are far more differences with the PC version than there is with this. Edit: I wonder if a journo pointed out that the save system is bugged and that is why they hastily changed him to a phone?
Roaming with the tank in Downtown is very relaxing. In Residential it's more tricky. And in Industrial it never last long. 😒 The 3rd level is a bit too hard. I played it for months with little progress sometimes. The 2nd district is me favorite
In new ps1 version they have a phone start, in downtown i can do 2 time glitch 1M$ and i can't do anymore, in residential i can glitch at prision, and industrial distric i can't do any tricks @@ tank can't survive at least 1 minutes 6 star wanted
Our guess was that they intended it to be a way to retry them. Since there's a function in a game that allows to simply enable kfs to be redoable upon failure (wind used it in his toughened kfs industrial mode), but something went wrong with it on ps and they likely cut it together. Hearing that tokens respawn is quite weird though.
@@Tezur0 i kinda screw up my wording on the token part😅 The save doesn't keep track of any token collected, so when you save and come back all the tokens are there for collecting. Being able to redo failed KF's would have been cool though
Also I got map with "all the token". I went to some places and there weren't any sometimes. In the map there are + tokens than 25. Are tokens on different versions at different places sometimes?
@@Melvorgazh stunt jups aren't set as a thing in this game, it is a bonus for air time purely, so if you glitch hard enough you can get it in more places than you probably should
Hi, I am playing it on the Dos Emu app for Android. I am at the end of Downtown district. All missions, 1 kill frenzie and 2 tokens remaining, then RED SCREEN!! Would anybody know why? And how I could fix this problem? Thanks a lot, Thomas
I tried on DuckStation now. I hope there won't be a bloody red screen on that emulator. Is there an emulator for Android that allows to run the PC Windows version of the game?
it has some minor bugs and changes compared to ps version, not super different, but I also haven't played PS version properly (though some people in my chat did and helped me notice some small things here and there). In short - no starting phone, person gives you tutorial instead, which also causes softlock upon saving. Molotov glitch isn't working! Armor doesn't show how much you have left, instead it is stuck on 30 (though it is actually 10). Missions are named differently. Some debug text is left in few spots.
Damn, the Zabayatsu are on each 3 districts.

Likely yeah. Almost nothing changed in this as I responded in other comment, still was interesting.

In the PS1 version tokens respawn after saving, K.F's don't though. Maybe the KF respawning was a bug with saving that got fixed...

PC has 50 tokens per map, while PS and Dreamcast have 25 per map. Also Kill Frenzies are easier on consoles.
@@Tezur0 Thanks. And how many Insane Stunt Jumps are there?

I'm not too versed in android emulators, the only one I used is BlueStacks. Windows version of this I just run on windows.
@@Tezur0 BlueStacks?
Never hear of it.
I shall consider it if I get problems with DuckStation.
Cheers :)
