JulieusMaximus The performance isn't that great. Latest testing shows that the system will under clock the video card as it gets hotter making the benchmarks lower than the Zotac EN760.
dhowser2008 Yeah, but for light-mid gaming or streaming, it's a good value (even though it's $700 w/o RAM and HDD). I know I might get one, even though I already have a FX-8320 GTX 770 rig.
ROBLOXnXbox I will probably get the new Zotac ZBox EN760 when its available in Canada. I play games currently on my Dell XPS 17 l720x which is connected to my TV. Rigs are just not as usable now for me like they used to be.
dhowser2008 I would just wait for the Alienware alpha or Asus GR8 instead. To be honest, I'll wait till there are custom DIY cases with performance thin mini-itx board support.
The only thing I hate about this is that I had recently purchased 2 Brix Pro's - one for an HTPC and one to replace an office/gaming rig (size matters in that location). Poo on me for not seeing this on the horizon...
linus did a review on the brix and it has all those specs but its thermal throttling like crazy benchmarking it even got it lower than a zbox en760 with about 15 fps. The devise is crazy in the specs but if they could only resolve the thermal issue it would be the best device out there
Linus tested this, after a hour it heats up too much and starts pushing the MHz down, which makes the game run bad, hope they can fix the cooling issue
For those about to buy this, check out LinusTechTips' review of it. This thing gets very hot and has to downclock the GPU in order to maintain safe temperatures which kills the performance. I understand Gigabyte wanted to stick with the Brix name and the size of previous machines in this line, but they could have just added a little more size to the chasis and put a grill on the top along with an exhaust fan and maybe switched the motherboard and graphics board around. It would still be a very small machine even with a few extra inches on top.
at 5:00, the guys asked, mind if i do the honers? And the other guys says " Yeah definitely". That literally means he minds if you open it...
Can you have both a 2.5 inch hdd/ssd and the msata ssd at the same time?
Why is this not available in the UK?
how is it connected to a monitor?
The links to the product aren't working. =(
All links are down....
When is this available in the US?
When the i7 version of this comes out I'm sold.
Is the graphic card replaceable? Thank you!
As my current pc Is total crap Im not sure if the Bf4 campaign was juttery or if it was just my computer atm :/ Please tell
How would this hold up playing Arma 2 dayz mod for long hours?
the only thing holding me back on these (brix gaming & Pro) is that they run loud under load even as a htpc several feet away.
I think it is totally worth it considering the size and performance

switch out the fans with noctua. That should do the trick.

Can this thing do "Occulus rift" ?
it looks nice .... if it sells good (probably it will) you must do a version with 880gtx or something high end
Is OS included?
No OS , ram and ssd(storage)

why not utilize apu's with this
They have other Brix machines which do. This is however a full desktop GTX 760 GPU.
the only issues with these is the cooling......... so be prepared for that. runs very hot pretty darn quickly. i own one allready.
have it beside an air conditioner LOL

Steambox
Yah most likely in the future but it may have some changes before that happens
