I'm reading Dr. Brimberg's book right now. It's a unique weaving of personal stories and an education on parapsychology. She has even included references and a glossary of terms. I appreciate her honesty and being brave enough to write this novel.

A Dangerous Game 2011 - Jung realised he would have to break from Freud on the ship sailing to New York (Mems, Dreams, Recs)

I think Freud kept interpreting Jung's dream as his wish to harm Freud. Jung then decided his interpretations were wrong and withheld his exact dreams. Just my recollection.

Freud, yes. The large role of the unconscious. Hard to overestimate the importance of that. He made us question the accepted surface explanations for our behaviors. That alone is priceless. He also drove us to dig deeper. I have actually been to his office in Vienna.
Case histories would be better because psi phenomena are right brain or gestalt phenomena. Experimentally I mean. I developed a method for recording synchronicity and quantifying them which later researchers used. I actually know what they are in reference to natural laws and the universe. You would be amazed if you ever agreed to interview me 😊❤
    Excellent discussion thank you ❤

Very interesting to hear how Frued had quite the large ego! Considering his concepts surrounding ego have become ubiquitous throughout the English language.

This verifies the sentiment of "it takes one to know one."
Indeed, if an individual had little to zero ego, the idea of "ego" might not merge into their philosophy.
      It is quite interesting.

The film was called "A Dangerous Method", Jeff. It was 95 mins long, a good résumé, and so interesting I wish it had been longer.

Very enjoyable conversation. It occurrs to me, NTA could also explore live round tables with more than one guest. I know it's asking too much but one can wish 😊
