Really confusing, as it seems that we understand the license right, but you've made a "bonus" about unlimited use for Sonduck's audience. I've understood that Videohive decides the price of the stuff you sell and they are the ones we make agreement with. So you saying something about the license, wont change the agreement we have with Videohive as it's not under your control like the price isnt. Imagine how much more this would sell if you wouldnt need to explain to everyone how the licensing works.

its impossible to sell it like unlimited license because it base on aep projects and aep project cant sell like this. Then we all to buyers by ourself to purchase regular license and use it unlimited.
The extended license is 118$ and I guess you need that if you do any actual work with this. Videohive is quite confusing place when it comes to licenses. I wanna respect licenses, but Videohive makes it bit harder.
