Hi, I tried to do the animation but I have a problem at 2.50 , for Max Horizontal Displace. When I move it, the animation is not as yours, it's contorting. I did exactly as you did, so I don't understand what's happening...Can you help please?
make sure you choose Crystallize HQ not Crystals HQ

i have the same problem. in the adjustment layer -- change Displacement map layer from Source to Effect & Mask. good luck

Ramon Monico Velarde , after you create the adjustment layer then add displacement map effect on it ( see 02:42 ) all you need is change 'Source' to 'Effect&Mask'.
