@@SnowTheKitsuneI'm assuming you mean that he never was… but what Seb means, is that this style of music is what most of us want Bret to make, but he wants to make music of all genres, like with his Antisleep and Sunset Neon stuff. (While I personally do prefer songs like Lakes of Flame, I still very much enjoy all of Bret's music)

I've started a new job few days back.
I'm at the reception in a hotel on night shifts for 12 hours.
Today it's a 4th 12-hour shift back to back ... suddenly I'm not tired whatsoever.
Atm it's playing on speakers through the hotel's reception, it's 0:26 AM ... guess who's probably gonna loose his job? :^)
Lmao, rock on brother but seriously if it's gonna cause you trouble listen to the song over your headphones, no sense in taking a risk at your job if you don't have any back up, but who knows maybe the hotel guests will compliment you for your taste in music :p
Well, no complians were made so I guess it's all good :D
But it really made a great conversation with the security guy which likes similiar music so I then introduced him to Blue Stahli and Celldweller ... I've not seen such joy in someone's eyes when discovering new music interpret like he had :)
BUT I really needed some wake up call when on 4th night shift because I couldn't even keep my head straight and this one really DID woke me up good :^)

The thing I love about blue Stahli is that his music is always loud. I often have to turn my headphones or speakers up for a lot of music but it's made so quiet in post production. Stahli always blows by ears off
Proof that after many years artists can still make great music if they put in enough effort, been listening since 2011 and i'm still amazed!
