Sadly, a bad guy who failed, and due to Dino King / Speckles The Tarbosaurus having the weirdest lore ever, it is a interesting idea, however, one eye survived a abyss of tar, mosasaurus ain't gonna do much, one eye in some capacity is still alive.
My theory is that this tarbosaurus is basically a sadistic hunter who killed many dinosaur families, I wouldn’t say that tarbosaurus is speckles father
