eat well, sleep well, drink A LOT of water, Shampoo less often, condition more, brush your hair, massage your scalp, take vitamins like Biotine, Castor and Coconut oil and patience. These are the only thing you can do.

All I can really recommend is to make sure you’re getting all your vitamins to help your hair grow as much as possible haha
